We went to entrance 7, but apparently should have gone to 10 in order to snorkel. There were a few other people, but the beach was quite long, so we had a calm relaxing visit. Across from the beach is an island. You're not supposed to snorkel to that island because there's still live ammunition there.

Beautiful place. hardly any crowd. We took a kayak+snorkel trip off the coast, which was fun. There isn't any commercial activity by the beach, but i'm told soul food truck which is open Friday/Saturday/Sunday - you'll run into it at the corner where you turn off the main highway onto the blue beach road - has great food. THey were... More

Nice sand, calm waves, and one of the longest beaches in Vieques. My favorite beach is Caracas (Red Beach) but this was my 2nd favorite. Go to parking spot 10...where the water is super calm. Be careful of the roads close to the beach

when a beach gets the highest rating you can be sure that it'll be packed. its a beautiful beach regardless. I recommend traveling as far down the road as possible before pulling off. Its a very long beach .9mi of beach to choose from. Just keep driving. The far beaches are more protected from the wind as well.

Just came back from Vieques. Was there from December 2, 2014 thru January 4, 2015. All the beaches are open and beautiful. If you don't have a rental car take a Pubico (Taxi) it is worth the visit.

This is one of the best beaches in the Caribbean. It's not too crowded and I even got a place in the shade of a nice Palm tree.swimming at the beach is very nice, with the waves being very small, so it's very easy to swim, even in winter, the water is always warm. This deserves to be one of... More

If you have a rental car, I HIGHLY recommend you make the trek out to Blue Beach. We parked at about marker 10, well into the dirt road past Caracas. The water is calm and so so blue, it is idyllic for a perfect day at the beach with friends. Make sure to pack drinks and food with you though,... More

It is breathtaking, you will believe you are on paradise. For me it is one of the most beautiful beaches of the world, it is a huge beach, you can enter through different paths. The only thing that is not good, is that sometimes the beach is closed by the marines of USA and you can not enter.

Agree with other reviewers about the beauty of the white sand, the lazure water and the ability to snorkel within 50 ft from the shore. The latter was the highlight of our trip, and all of our kids enjoyed being part of the aquarium experience as well. The key thing is to find the right spot, and you can enter... More
