I had an awesome experience along with my family. Our tour guide Fredo was a complete gentleman and full of knowledge when it came to the house and family, very courteous and always with a good attitude. Highly recommended. I will visit again next time i come to Puerto Rico.

We got there and wait in a Cafe for the tour to began. First they get you to a theater to see a video of the Serralles family and the evolution of the cane industry in Ponce and finally the elavoration of Rum Don Q. Then they give a tour guide os the Castle and its amazing antique furniture. This... More

I visited the castle with my best friend for the holidays. It's a little tricky to get to if you do not know much about the city of Ponce, but worth a go, it's really beautiful. The ticket price think it was a little high but it was worth it. It has a nice cafe where you walk before starting... More

The views over Ponce is worth the visit alone. The rest is quite interesting. Take a taxi or your own car, it is a looong walk uphill.

My family and I visited El Castillo Serralles during the Christmas 2013 season. On the specific night we visited they had a Christmas event going on. They had a Christmas light show, live Christmas music, activities for the family, and to top it off a machine which blew out actual snow. The outside of Castle is very well maintained and... More

We visited Castillo Serralles with our grandkids. They loved it at first sight. Our granddaughter, age 10, immediately said that she would get married there one day! The house and gardens are beautiful. The tour was good, but not the best. The guide had very limited knowledge outside the tour script, which was disappointing. Also, many rooms in the house... More

The "castle" which is actually a mansion is located right within a residential neighborhood. If you have a GPS you will feel a lot more comfortable getting there. As you're driving up there is a ticket booth just before the entrance of the castle. KEEP A LOOK OUT. The prices are located at the window. If you're a child, senior... More
