We thought the tour was very well done. We opted for the one in Spanish to give the kids some practice (they are pretty fluent) and they did very well. This is a 17th century coffee plantation that has been restored and is still functioning. The history of the plantation is very interesting. On the tour you will see a couple of waterfalls, one natural and one man made. You will get to see the old mill which grinds the coffee beans as well as remove the shells in action.... More

You really need to call ahead and make reservations for a tour or visit. The gate will be closed till the visit time so don't come to early, as you will have to wait on the mountain road (not safe).
