This place COULD be a great location for tourism. The facilities and location are great. The problem is that there's little to draw you here other than bars and a few cheap restaurants. The place needs shops and a reason for tourists to come other than to have a drink. more

La Guancha in Puerto Rico is pretty amazing. It has its own beach and a private yacht club. Here my uncle anchors one of his yachts.
