Thats right... the elevator os shabby and I thought it would free fall at a given moment. This place needs some serious maintenance. I'm only giving it Average because the Japanese garden is on the same property and it is very beautiful. As for the cross? Thumbs down. More

It's located at top of the El Vigia Hill, beside the Seralles Castle in Ponce. Before we got to the tower we strolled through a beautiful Japanese style garden in front of the parking lot. The cross is worth seeing, but it is best to see this with the Castillos Serralles. The views from the top are great to see the entire city of Ponce. Fee to get in can be combined with the Castle. More
