Clubhouse - wow

Driving in, the clubhouse is jaw dropping. The course itself (pineapple) - front 9 were in great shape. Back 9 was wet and a little muddy (I know it had rained some, but the front... read more

The course has improved greatly with the new TPC status but still needs a bit more. They need to improve the signage and yard makers. Overall had a great time and the course was not crowded.

Pluses: Great location in beautiful Dorado Beach, Nice driving range, Interesting layout with a fair number of doglegs, well placed bunkers and some water hazards, Very friendly and accomodating staff, Five sets of tee boxes for varying skill levels Minuses Not a good value. Regular December rate is $180. We paid a somewhat lesser rate as hotel guests and still... More

We were staying at theHyatt Dorado Beach and thought we'd play a round at one of the world famous Dorado Beach golf courses. We chose the Plantation Pineapple course because it was discounted and ONLY cost $390.00 for our foursome. Although the staff was friendly and accommodating, the golf course is one of the worst I've ever played. There is... More

This was an amazing place. We rented a condo from the Plantation Residences for a weeks stay. The condo came with Club access which was first class. The golf courses were amazing, the staff, service and professionalism exceeded our expectations. The restaurants were outstanding. The servers were well trained and menus were very impressive. The beach club was very convenient... More

This review is solely based on the golfing experience and not the resort (we didn't stay here). We played 2 rounds - one at Sugarcane and one at Dorado Beach East. Sugarcane was overall not a great experience. The $170 price tag is on the slightly higher end of a non-signature TPC course, but we decided to try it anyway... More

I have played here a number of times on golf trips to Puerto Rico. This time our fivesome played the Pineapple and Sugarcane courses 54 holes over two days. Staff is great and let us play as a fivesome. Nice clubhouse. We did not stay at the resort but was is a short drive from our hotel in Dorado.

Driving in, the clubhouse is jaw dropping. The course itself (pineapple) - front 9 were in great shape. Back 9 was wet and a little muddy (I know it had rained some, but the front 9 seemed to have better drainage). Some of the holes on the entire course were quite a ways away from each other. Staff and clubhouse were to die for. If I lived here I would join this club in a minute! The course is challenging playing on the Bermuda grass but her that's golf. They really went out of their way to make the wife and i feel welcome.
