Real nice outdoor patio in back, nice selection of on tap and bottled beers (no, make that REAL nice) friendly competent bartenders. They say they have BBQ, didn't see or smell any signs of it, but ordered it off the menu anyway. Don't expect chicken, ribs or brisket, are quesadillas bbq? But hey its Puerto Rico, other things were OK.

You have an a/c'd indoor bar and a beer garden on the back. I always prefer the back outdoors bar. Chill atmosphere, great to talk with friends. Great beer variety, always has something new to try.

The place is fun, I'm not gonna lie but it's so small it's hard to walk if it gets packed. The beers are also a bit too pricey, more expensive than Taberna Lupulo or any spot in Old San Juan. With that being said, I prefer to go to old San Juan where there is more space and I can... More

Service is usually lacking and it's always upsetting that they have a large amount of beers unavailable. You end up having to look all over the menu and then settle with what hey have. I'm rating it very good to be generous, cause they do have a couple of good small plates and the ambience is nice for evenings out.

I have wanted to go here but every time I drove by I thought twice about parking since this part of town is very desolate at night. This time though I went and was pleasantly surprised by its laid back atmosphere and beer selection. Will make a return visit.

When plan A was a bust I was happily surprised to walk in to this great bar/pub... Great service, awesome knowledge of all things beer! They have just celebrated their 3rd anniversary and I am pretty sure there will be a lot more to come!!

Well i had a terrible evening.... Really bad service when is crowded needs more personal to manage the bar's volume in a Friday night. Just a few minutes from the grind of OSJ is the tavern. Taxi over from Condado and have an evening with the locals of the craft beer scene. Great selection, great prices, great staff. Pleanty of bar snacks to munch on as well. Well done!

Taberna Boricua is a nice bar for gathering and enjoy craft beers. I met there a friend and we like the atmosphere and their variety of beers. I recommend this place if you want to enjoy a nice chat with friends after work.
