My husband and I recently visited PR and stayed two blocks from Condado Beach. The water was clear and blue, and the beach was nice. There was a man renting chairs for $3 a piece and umbrellas for $10, so we took him up on it. Good decision! The Caribbean sun was too much for us, and there is not...

Just stopped to take some simple pictures a few blocks from our hotel (Radisson). The tides were high and not a place to sun and hang out, but it was very pretty. I was very impressed with it.
It is like any ordinary beach. We stayed at a hotel that was 2 minutes away. It was nice to walk out there at night and hear the waves crash. This beach is not a clear as blue type of beach. I recommend going to one of the islands like Vieques or if you want to stay inland, Farjardo beach...

After seeing the Carolina and Ocean Park beaches, the Condado beach was a big disappointment. It's quite small and the buildings along the beach are just so ugly, some of them are in a very bad shape which surprised us since the most people advise to stay in Condado area.
We are glad we stayed in Isla Verde which was...

I had spent a lot of time on Isle Verde Beach, and then came here, figuring it was the same. nope. There's more opportunity for high end shopping, but that's about it.
