The Chardon Bistro used to be one of the best places in Hato Rey for burgers and drinks, but thanks so some cutting of corners here and there prices wnt up and quality dipped. I was for a time the best burger on the island and the only place in Hato Rey serving guiness...how can you go wrong with that...here... more
