Great introduction to the rainforest of El Yunque

We were greeted by a nice man that picked us up in Old San Juan at the entrance (the city streets are quite small for a larger van), and he promptly started to tell us about the... read more

The tour guide, Rupert, was great. Knowledgable and hilarious, Rupert knows EVERYBODY (a good sign that he's not burning bridges and is reliable in the touring business). A joy. We did the rainforest, Loquillo beach, and the biobay outside Fajardo.

Almost impossible to know where to start with this. Kayaks took on water; two of the guides got in to a fight (hitting each other with oars and one of them got a nasty cut on his face); one of the guides bailed out and left my son alone in complete blackness to find his way... Would not wish my... More

We were greeted by a nice man that picked us up in Old San Juan at the entrance (the city streets are quite small for a larger van), and he promptly started to tell us about the island and everything that it has to offer in the ways of culture and tourism. After picking up the rest of our travelers,... More

We chose this company for the half day el Yunque Rain forest tour. Our guide picked our family up at our hotel on time in her jeep, took us to Plaza del Mercado (known as La Placita by locals) Santurice for a quick fresh fruit smoothy surrounded by basket or bushels of fresh fruits and vegetables, some we had never... I was looking for a bio luminous tour while in Fajardo. All of the other companies were booked, so i tried this one. This is not a tour company at all, just a company that books unsold tours for other companies. They claim to book you a tour and hope a space opens up. The employee who answers the phone,... More

The bioluminescent lagoon was absolutely amazing! The tour itself was good and we were grateful to Peter for his friendly and flexible communication at the time of scheduling. When we arrived the group was a little hard to find. The tour started late because some kayakers were having difficulty getting around and the team had to go retrieve them. I... More

This is a very fun zip line adventure through the hills and rainforests of San Juan. There are 7 zip lines on the course, each getting higher and longer as you go. The guides on this trip are very knowledgable, giving you all the information to getting started and how to be safe. There is a good deal of hiking... More

We failed to book this tour far in advance thinking that we could do it once in Puerto Rico. To our surprise, all the companies were booked. Eco Action Tours were the only ones that had an opening to fit our family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children (10, 10 & 8) during our stay. After booking I started... More

I took my family to Bio Bay for a fun night of kyaking. Every were else was sold out but a guy named Louie from another tour company gave us eco number. They fit all 7 of us in. Our tour was at 7pm and they were right on time. There is a yucky smell due to sea weed but... More

We booked this trip so we could see the bio and it was amazing. All of the other tours were there about an hour before hand but our tour showed up at the last minute, kind of stressful. During our trip there was a large motor boat going through the mangroves which was scary because they bumped into my husband... More
