I booked this excursion through Carnival Cruises under the name Hidden Paradise Zipline Adventure. This tour was for my three daughters ages 21, 18 and 16, myself and my husband. We had never done a zipline before so we were a little nervous. The gentleman (sorry I did not get his name) that met the group in the San Juan... More

So let me start by saying I had an awesome experience with EcoQuest. I was spending 5 days in Puerto Rico and was unsure of the weather so we waited until the last minute to book this tour. I did not like that when you called you could not get an answer, Im thinking this is a business. However I... More

The tour itself was great. Our guides, Willi, Jorgito and Jose were fantastic and made the whole experience fun and safe. Climbing the waterfalls was challenging but fulfilling. You WILL get wet so bring a waterproof jacket in case you get cold while waiting for your group in certain spots. Also, I would advise wearing running shoes with good traction... More

My wife and I decided to try ziplining as our cruise excursion, it was the best decision. Mikey and the Ecoquest crew were great, they made the experience worthwhile and memorable. I'm not very big on heights, but once you get up to that first tower and they send you off, it's a breeze! You do need to be ready... More

Andre, Kim and Jorgito were amazing guides. We would do it all over again. The views, waterfalls, repelling and zip lines were amazing. A definite must do. And local food was awesome. Thanks for the unforgettable experience.

I had never ziplined before and I was very nervous but the rest of my family had ziplined with Ecoquest before and they convinced me to go this year. I had a blast. The guides are so funny. The whole place is set up for safety and I never once felt like I would fall or crash or have anything... More

Our family of 5, ranges in age from 13-57, did the San Salvador tour and we ALL loved this experience. We highly recommend this tour for its variety and experience outdoors. You must be somewhat fit to do the hillside climbing on slippery rocks and waterfalls, but that's what makes this tour so much fun. Then there is the rappelling... More

My friend and I went on the rappelling and zip lining adventure with Ecoquest recently and had an amazing time. The sites were beautiful and the activities fun, but I think the real magic of the tour resulted from having wonderful guides. Lugardo, Kym, and Jorge were knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and genuinely engaged with us and the environment. What a treat!
