Nice beach.

Went on a Monday and it wasn't too crowded. Some coral and shells along the beach. Lots of trees to put a hammock up. Bring bug spray, lots of bugs but beautiful water. Nice shade... read more

One of the top beaches in PR. be sure to visit during week days, on the weekends it tends to be very crowded.

This is a beautiful clean beach with amazing views. The locals come out so lots of people watching but you can walk down alittle for privacy. The whole family comes, grandparents to babies but this is PR so there are plenty of gorgeous people to. Lots of shade or sun, just can't be beat!!!

Coming from NY, I couldn't believe water could be so CLEAR. This is the most beautiful place I've ever been in my life. It is a public beach, which you hardly see any tourist on. I think I was the only tourist there. There is a food shack and a beach shack filled with tubes, shirts etc. I bought Lobster... More

I went on a weekday which is probably a good idea, I practically had the beach to myself. It's definitely off the beaten path, drove by it several times before I figured out where it was. Water was blue and calm, I thought it was amazing... I can't wait to go back!!

Well at least it didn't feel super touristy! We arrived early and left as it started getting crowded with locals. In general I wouldn't call it secluded. The little vacation shanty town nearby was quite interesting and the beach had calm water great for swimming.

My boyfriend who is from Puerto Rico took me here on a Monday. It took my breath away. It is picture perfect and we were actually swimming with fishes. We had a great time and we created a beautiful memory too.

We went on a Monday and it was know where near crowded. Beautiful blue calm water. We parked in the Buye beach resort parking lot $3.00 for the day. They do have bathrooms on premise by the parking lot. If you walk north on the beach all the way down as far as you can go you will find lots... More

Very crowded, even on weekdays, and noisy. Looks pretty, and is probably nice during the winter, but don't bother in summer. Has shops, restaurants, can rent shelters for $25. Playa Sucia was much more quiet.

Very nice beach (though not as nice as Playa Sucia), but effectively ruined by the hordes and hordes of PEOPLE (and their huge stereo systems, trash, kids, etc). I can't imagine why TripAdvisor's description of this beach includes the word "secluded." This was one of the most crowded beaches I've been to in my life - and I went on... More
