The tour company called the day prior to confirm reservation and inform us to take Dramamine because they expected rough water......Well we boarded the day of and as expected the waters were rough...they turned around mid way and went back to dock. They offered us a 50% off discount since we were already there if we would continue on to... More

We loved the country but were saddened by the stray dogs and cats, many of whom were starving and obviously neglected. Could Puerto Rico start a program to neuter these large populations of strays? Not only is it sad, but the many feral cats are a threat to bird populations. We donated to the Puerto Rico Animal Welfare Society: PAWS,... More

While in Fajardo PR we hired VIP snorkeling for a day of fun in the sun. Our captain was Cesar, who was very familiar with the local waters & history of Fajardo. He took us to beaches as well as snorkeling sites always keeping us comfortable, providing us with water, sodas, beer or rum drinks, as well as snacks, fruit... More

I went to Puerto Rico the 2nd-3rd week in March, 2014. The excursion I was most looking forward to was snorkeling and kayaking in the bio bay. I booked this 2 months in advance. I was never given an exact address so on the day of the tour, I rented a car and drove to Fajardo from San Juan. After... More

East Island Catamaran/Snorkeling Trip was excellent and entertaining. The staff were great, lunch was good, and rum drinks galore. Our skipper with 9 years of experience was a wealth of information as well. When he blew the conch shell it was time to move on to another location. They have many tours, and depends on the wind and weather as... More

Met at Black Beards for trip, beautiful day. Sam was our guide with tons of experience in most sports from snow skiing to paragliding. Started with kayaking at hurricane bay, then snorkeling at mosquito bay pier. Lots of fish, turtles and swimming thur the pier was interesting to say the least! Ask for Sam, he will deliver an amazing trip.

A day sailing and snorkeling aboard East Island Excursion's catamaran, East Wind, proved to be the highlight of our recent Puerto Rican trip. The bartender not only knew how to mix a variety of delightful rum concoctions, he also proved to be a good teacher as snorkeling was new to us. AM snacks, a tasty lunch and cookies in the... More

We had a great time scuba diving with SeaVentures (PADI) from Fajardo's Puerto Del Rey. Fajardo's Cayos De La Cordillera Nature Reserve is another highlight; at PR-987, Fajardo has a wonderful Bio(luminescent) Bay below Las Croabas. Fajardo's waters don't require costly charter boat or overnight travel to Vieques or Culebra islands from Fajardo's ferry terminal.  Kayak cos. from Fajardo Las... More

My main objective on my trip with my 15 year old was to visit the Bio Bay. We had heavy rain the first 2 days and tried to book ANY DAY for the following 4 days. Our hotel, Tres Palmas, tried to call for us as Island Adventures never answers their phone, they call back. I left several messages with... More

We arrived and everything seemed normal. The bad weather isn't their fault, mother nature. We stayed in a triple room and wondered why there was a coffee pot but no coffee. Not even something complimentary. We wondered where we could find water and ice. We were told to go downstairs and realized ice was not free. You have to pay.... More
