Frenchmans Cove lives up to its reputation as one of the nices beaches in Jamaica. It's off the ususal tourist route which adds to its appeal. There is a lovely cool river which meanders around the rear/side of the beach while the restaurant and restrooms are useful facilities. Great day at Frenchman's Cove as we were first of only a few beach lovers this day. We swam in the river and bay - enjoyed a burger beachside. This beach the best in the Port Antonio area, 5 US to get in. No higgles, clean modern facilities. More
