After spending a week on the beach, it was nice to relax with the beautiful sunsets on the cliff side. Only downside was the river water that made its way both directions sometimes made it not swimmable unless you went way up towards the lighthouse.

Jumping......Your self or watching the Jamaicans. The waves crashing on the rocks is very calming. I love the birds chirping in the trees and the gentle breeze..

The Cliff's are something to see and the water is crystal clear. You can say that is the only thing which is crystal clear, those jumpers have to be a bit clouded in the head to do such a thing. However, my husband did jump!

Please google injuries at Ricks cafe. Spinal fractures are common. Horrific injuries every day. Canadian guy died May 2014. Don't do it. And please stop posting how great it is to jump. If you did jump and are ok, you were lucky.

I haven't been able to duplicate the laid back, relaxed feeling you get when you chill in the seclusion of the Cliffs. The beauty of the Caribbean Sea is just a jump away from the edge of the natural coral cliffs in Negril. And hitting the salty water during the heat is so refreshing.
