Liked being able to visit a famous area in Jamaica known for cliff diving, enjoyed the cruise with snorkelling en-route to Ricks Cafe. Disliked the early morning pick up for a sunset cruise and not being informed we would be left at a beachside bar for 3 hours before the cruise. Would not recommend using Viator for booking tours in... More

Bring your swimsuits! The whole family got brave and jumped off the cliff. They have varying heights. It is a good place to eat, get drinks and watch the sunset.

We loved the atmosphere of Ricks Café but the food was expensive for what it was and the customer service was poor by our server - this is not representative of all the staff there. Our order was taken by a spaced out bar tender and he got it all wrong and it arrived at different time. My husband had... More

Was told it was a good restaurant. cliff walls not very high for children. The service poor and had to request our daughters coke 3x. Food OK, overpriced and hard to get service. The cliff jumping is a mob mentality and encourages risk. The locals want a tip to jump off for you. Risk injury for 5 to 20 dollars.... More

This place is a trap. How it got voted as "one of the best bars" is beyond me. I have given it 3 chances to change my mind, as we have gone to Negril many, many times. The service sucks--even when there are no tour busses there. It does have amazing views and the cliff jumping is cool. There were... More

The atmosphere here is amazing with music/live band playing all sorts and plenty of red stripe. The water here is cyrstal clear and if your brave enough you can jump in from 3 different heights. Look out for the bloke that jumps from the wooden platform thats even higher. We we're here to see the sunset and had a fab... More

The water clarity was amazing. We spent the afternoon enjoying the atmosphere at Rick's, with picturesque views and cold Red Stripe. The lifeguards were professional while making time for entertainment. The only downfall was how much saltwater we consumed during the splash into the water. I'd recommend this jump/dive before drinks or with the use of a nose plug. Can't... More

The cliff jumping is legit! It's goregous, crystal clear water, a thrill, several spots/heights to jump, and a fun atmosphere.

So we wanted to stop at Ricks to see the sunset and grab a drink before dinner. THis place is very much a tourist trap but I wanted to see what the fuss was about. Entering this establishment is like it's an amusement park....Busses and taxis everywhere! Get there early. Plenty of seats with a view by the cliffs for... More

We visited Ricks Café on the 15th of July, after a long journey to get there we were all hungry. All 13 of us, 5 adults, 8 kids wanted to eat. Our experience was very disappointing. The menu is very limited, no healthy options and no salads. The service was terrible and we waited nearly an hour for our food.... More
