The food itself was overpriced, but good, but the customer service was so atrocious it ruined our entire visit. We made the mistake of trying to use a credit card, only to find that no one seemed to know how to use it and the place apparently had only one card reader. How that is possible for "one of the... We took a day trip from Montego Bay to Mayfield Falls and Negril, and our amazing guide (Trevor) suggested we check out Rick's for the cliffs. We didn't have any food or drink, but definitely spent an hour or so cliff-jumping! There are 3 levels from which you can jump (~3 feet, ~10 feet, ~35 feet). We got there early,... More

Stayed at Sensatori recently (will review when I get a chance!) and so went to Ricks as it's about 20 mins in taxi. Got there about 4pm, had a drink, sat watching people dive from high up and the lower areas. Boat trips came in so got busier, more people diving, the main man comes round for tips, you don't... Very fun, enjoyed the views, and jumping, drinks are over priced, but you can walk down next door and they are much cheaper.

Rick's cafe is situated at the back of the old Medina, though not of the movie fame, they tried very hard to make it look like the cafe from that era, and they done a wonderful job, it is worth a visit

Spectacular view and fun to watch all the locals diving off the cliff's. A must do if you are in the area even if you just stop in for one drink. It is safe, clean and fun. We brought our entire family there and everyone enjoyed themselves.

Rick's has a great atmosphere, and is worth going to, but I would eat before going. The food was pretty bad. But the drinks were strong, and the cliff diving is certainly worth seeing (and doing if you're feeling adventurous - we weren't wearing bathing suits). Great view of the sunset, and they have a band that started playing early... More

One of the best days we spent in Jamaica was at Ricks Cafe. Scenery was unbelievable. The pools was perfect. The service was timely and friendly. The beer was ice cold. The music was jammin. And probably the beat part was the view of the sunset. Priceless. Next time I travel to Jamaica Ricks Cafe will be at the top... More

My husband and I went to Rick's Cafe two days ago on our first trip to Jamaica after seeing in on Travel Channel shows. We spend the morning at Seven Mile Beach (beautiful!) and ate at 3 Dives Jerk Centre (great food, prices, and view) after Rick's. We were there around 1 in the afternoon and it was basically empty.... More

We had a great time jumping off the cliff. The staff there were helpful and encouraging. We watched the sunset and it was beautiful! We did not have enough time to eat but we hear the food was great. A must do in Jamaica!!
