Rick's is cool but the guy begging at the bottom should not be allowed there

We went to Rick's at noon on a Sunday. Not busy and does have a beautiful view, but the staff was so rude, I would never go back! Our server, Buju, was miserable, unhappy and all around rude. The Jamaican people are so wonderful and friendly, we were expecting a pleasant visit. Not happening here! He was blunt, rude and... More

Just came home from Negril this weekend. It was pretty cool to see these crazy people jump off of platforms but this establishment should be ashamed for allowing locals to beg, belittle and harass the patrons. One gentleman who gave this rude person money was harassed that "that is not enough". This ruined our experience there. This person should not... More

If your at Negril you must visit Rick's café, yes the price are a little bit hi, but you need to see the diving and sunset, I prefer to go at Rick's by road, you can stop and do some shopping, by sea well no shopping and if you get caught raining....Live band music also.

We took a catamaran cruise to ricks on a rather crappy day. We snorkeled and then made our way to the cliffs. The boat ride there was great - and all women were entitled to a free foot massage!! I opted out but looking back im not sure why lol. Ricks was amazing. Its not even close to overrated. 1... More

A must if you are in the Negril area, fun place to see all the divers jump off the cliffs into the Caribean, and on top of that you get a fantastic sunset at the end of the day.

Been to check out the most amazing sunset from Rick's Cafe according to the reviews but it was drizzly on our visit and it wasn't as good as sun was covered on and off with thick clouds. Nevertheless, we had an amazing time there, the atmosphere is lively with a live band playing reggae music and lots of people hanging... More

One of the places you will want to stop at if you are in Jamaica. How long you will stay will depend on what you are looking for. Our teenage son said it would be fun with friends not his 40 something parents (who brought him to Jamaica) lol. We stayed an hour, never offered a drink. Put our feet... More

Say what you will about Rick's Cafe: Call it a tourist trap, say it's over crowded I don't care. This is a cool bar! Prices for cocktails were low for the area ($5.00 for a rum punch $4.75 a beer.) I did happen to check the cruise ships docking in the area and it was a small number which probably... More
