The customer service is ATROCIOUS. No one attended to us for almost an hour after the hostess seated us. The hostess is rude and her professionalism is less than desirable. She doesn't know how to speak to customers and act as if she's being bothered. The manager is the bartender, seriously? How can someone manage such a restaurant/famous tourist attraction... More

I visited Ricks Cafe yesterday with my family, and as I have been going there on and off for years, know what fun it is diving from the cliffs and watching the professionals do the same, only with more finesse than I can demonstrate. However, yesterday's experience left a very bad taste in my mouth and was quite upsetting. Soon... More

All the reviews say the same thing. Over priced and busy - you only come to Rick's to do 2 things, jump the cliff (4 times for me) and the see sunset. The drive back from here to the Hoilday Inn Sunspree takes over two hours and was the most frightening experience of my life (and I have done a... More

I visited the cafe on 08/16/2014. The cafe is one of the most beautiful bar/restaurant/hang out spot I have ever seen a beach location. The service from the waiters were amazing. Some of my concerns are that Rick's cafe in Negril needs better management. For example, the so call life guards that work's at the cliff is a disgrace to... More

The views were great, the divers were fantastic and the water was clear and warm. The divers also helped with the kids who weren't as great as swimmers. The food here however takes FOREVER and is barely mediocre. Fun and is a must do when visiting Jamaica.

Watch the sunset from here and the very brave cliff divers. Gets very busy as sunset approaches. Don't recommend you trying the cliff diving as we had bad experience watching an 11 year old local boy die as a result

We rented a Cabana, worth the cost. 40+ women but we alos jumped off the cliff! We bought bottles which came with mixers. Worked out cheaper. Pool could have been a bit cleaner. Food was ok, we only had appetizers. Had a very helpful and attentive server!
