Took my 2 teens there for the afternoon (daughter 16, son 18), and yes they both jumped from the 30 (?) foot cliff dive. We took a snorkeling tour from ClubHotel RIU and one of the stops was Rick's, which was the best part of the tour (snorkeling wasn't anything special). If you're going to Negril then stopping at Rick's is a must. We went to Margaritaville before Rick's and were not impressed. Even if you don't jump it's still very entertaining to watch the locals.
