Nice big beach. Water not as pretty as Bloody Bay ion my opinion. Very soft sand. Lots of starfish. Vendors on the beach are aggressive.

Beautiful water and its relatively calm and peaceful. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Late at night I would not wander off too far down the west end. Overall, cant wait go back right to the Seven Mile Area.

Very nice beach, the only real beach that we visited while we visited Jamaica. The water felt great and the sand was nice. You can walk pretty far out but you can still enjoy a great swim. Cons 1. A lot of rules. A. You can't really sit wherever you want. You have to stay in the area for the... More

This beach is absolutely beautiful. The sand is so soft and the water is so calm and crystal clear. We were in the water everyday for 7 days straight. The sand on the ocean bottom was just as soft as what was on the beach. There were not any rocks in the ocean. It is an absolute dream! Yes there... More

We were on a Carnival Cruise and decided to take a trip to 7 mile and swim for the day. We showed up and luckily there were 13 of us and most men because there were locals everywhere pressuring you to buy things, then when we were all getting into the water to swim kids started coming up to our... This area offers one of the best "beach" areas in Jamaica. This is a public beach, though, but most of the resorts have security personnel that patrol the beach to keep vendors and non-guests from bothering the resort's guests. Just beware that while most of the resorts may not advertise or actively promote topless sunbathing, it is permitted. Love the... More

Family and friends did a 7 mile Beach/Bar crawl started at one end and work our way to the other end. We had a great time visiting many bars. And stopping for a few meals. This is a wonderful beach and we never felt hassled by anyone. we did take a cab to go around a resort under construction. A... More

The beach is beautiful. It is unfortunate that there are so many peddlers on the beach trying to sell drugs. I don't mind looking at their trinkets but we refused to look at even the trinkets because it was a rouse to sell drugs. Kids are out on the beach begging for money for their "education". I was very saddened... More

The prettiest beach we have ever been too. They need to clean up the drug dealers though. Sadly, they are ruining it.

it is very stunning beach, If it is not that commercialized, too many stores there and even worse, they use floating balls and lines to make their own little territories for their store or restaurant customers to use, they put some chairs, floating flats ... on the water, the whole beach is crowed with all those little territories Foods there...
