I just returned from Jamaica (03/22/09), I stayed 1 week on the west end and the following week I took a chance and stayed at the Rhodes Hall for a week. Am in love with the place, Marc & Dave are the best, the staff totally working for you with no problems. The chef (Shane) has to be one of... more

This is my home away from home. I stay in a beautiful unit with a full kitchen and enjoy preparing our meals and eating on our private veranda. Watching the sunset over the sea, dining on seafood and wine. Days are spent snorkling the sparkling reef. The entire bay is protected by a double reef full of life, yet the... more

Rhodes Hall Resort is 5 miles from Negril. I recently went for a 4 day family reunion and had a fantastic time. This is definitely the place to go if you want to enjoy a smaller, quiet resort where you can unwind, relax and enjoy the natural beauty that surrounds you. The shoreline views are breathtaking and the swimming pool... more

My wife and I stayed at the Rhodes from Jan 10-18 2009 for our honeymoon. We were looking for something private and secluded. The Rhodes is most certainly that. After reading many of the reviews posted on TripAdvisor about the Rhodes whether one loves it or hates it really does appear to depend on what you are looking for. The... more

My daughter and I just returned from a weeklong stay at the Rhodes Hall Plantation. We had the best time ever! This resort has the most perfect private beach in the world, and horseback riding on the property. If you want a glitzy resort, this is not the place. It is quiet, far away from tourists and traffic, small and... more

let's just say this....I'd rather loose my $500 deposit (which I did) rather than stay at this stuffy, pretentious, ordinary hotel. There is nothing Jamaican about this property, except for the very pleasant housekeepers. Customer service seems to be a tough thing for the management to grasp. I asked for some water at a pizza/beer party, and they replied: "it's... more

Me and my girlfriend spent a week at Rhodes Resorts (Rhodes Hall Plantation) between 10th-17th December. Before we went, we checked Tripadvisor, and like everyone else we were concerned that our holiday was going to be abit of a disaster! After spending the week there, we realised that we shouldnt of waisted time worring. The food was good, drinks great,... more

Rhodes Hall is Sanctuary! At Its Best! I have been going to Jamaica for over 20 years. I found Negril to be my favorite place becuase of the people and atmosphere. When I go I am usually looking for tranquility. And of all the places I have stayed, Rhodes Hall gave me exactly what I was looking for. The property... more

We have been going to Jamaica for years and we finally found a place we can return to over and over again. The accomodations are excellent, rooms clean and modern, everything in working order. The grounds are just beautiful and the water just perfect, crystal clear and natural. There is a reef for snorkling and horseback riding in the hills... more

I go to Jamaica one or more times a month on business and have had the opportunity to stay in many places in the Negril area. Rhodes is a little hard to find. I came upon it only because I was invited on a press tour of the area. This facility was included almost as an afterthought. On the following... more
