This place is really cool. You can pay your respects to the late great Tosh and the location is one of the best on the island. Go across the street for the best fish dinner you'll ever eat.

I have been trying to get here since I read about the gardens. the place is not completed but I see their vision if they don't.. the tour guide was very knowledgably and shared his time with Mr Tosh and family with us. I place is across the street from a great beach and again the setting is one where... More

This monument is not in Negril but rather at least an hour away. If you are going on a tour, it's worth a stop, but other than that it's a long way to go.

Don't expect a great tour or info from the people here. It is his monument. That's it, but it is pretty cool. Go past the front gate. It is only $10. It is on the grounds of his childhood home, which is interesting in itself.

My husband and I both love all aspects of music & wanted to stop & pay our respects to a legend. We gave a $10(Us) donation at the gate & was taken on a morning tour of the grounds. We were invited to take pictures, video, and spend as much time as we wanted there at the tomb. The volunteers... More

we were warned of the scam and did not go past the gate. I love his music and full respect given to the artist but we were warned of the tour being a scam of uneducated knowlegde and pressure of giving money to a illegitimate cause

A bit of a drive but well worth the trip. Our driver Unique from Unique Tours took us on a scenic tour on our way there. The mausoleum was tranquil, the grounds were beautiful and the Rastas giving the tour extremely knowledgeable. Also, given a great all natural remedy by our tour guide for my upset stomach. Overall,a spiritual experience.... More

not much to see but a peaceful resting place, glad i went. 10 US dollar donation required, but the volunteer did not really have too much information and told me more about Peter Tosh's mother passing away ?!?

The drive was beautiful to get there, as was the ocean views across the road. As for the monument...it looked just like the pictures. We paid $10 each to get in and could only walk a few feet from the grave. I personally found this very disappointing as well as the amount of knowledge shared by the volunteers there. Personally,...
