Margaritaville was fun! Really liked the man making birds out of palm leaves. (Leroy) he was very pleasant. Food and drinks were great and so was the service......
lots of shops to walk through, window shop or browse. tourist stores, wedding shops, cambio for money exchange, grocery store for snacks to eat cheap. an outdoor mall but covered areas to sit at picnic tables.
This is advertised online as a lively Retail and Entertainment Centre. It is the first Shopping area you will approach as you leave your cruise ship. This was not what I expected. The shops were not owned by locals and they took us to the bank. You could bargin with them, but in the end they still got you. Go to the local market and give your money to the people who really need it
This is where the movie theater is located, but don't expect the lastest movie, or in fact, more than one movie at a time. Island Village is suited for the entire family.
