I visited the shoppes while on a cruise in December 2015. I was expecting there to be more shopping choices. There were a few upscale shopping options, but overall nothing made the shopping area unique. It will only take about an hour to experience the entire area. It is worth visiting just to say you did.

Jewellery stores, liquor store, clothing stores, souvenir shops and coffee shop. Nice variety if you are looking for a souvenir or maybe a piece of jewellery to take home. At some of the stores prices are negotiable. A little more to choose from than in hotel gift shops. Spent an hour there and that was enough for me.

These shops did not offer authentic Jamaican wares. Jewelry was plentiful! I would suggest asking one of the cab drivers to take you into town.

1 hour is plenty of time to check out the small strip of duty free shoppes. Mostly just watches and jewellery. You can also find coffee, spices and tacky tourist souvenirs. Free shuttle from the Hilton.

This was a great choice for shopping, with a nice mix of upscale shopping options, such as nice jewelry stores, as well as smaller shops with a wide selection of tee shirts and other souvenirs.

Not a local market, a shopping mall experience. We took the free shuttle from our hotel. It was clean and I felt safe there, but it a little commercial. Several expensive jewelry stores sith pushy sales staff snd not much else

everyone was super nice here and it was a great place to shop. Got a really nice ring for my 30th wedding anniversary at The Royal Shop.... loved the customer service there, definitely will go back.

My girlfriend and I took the free shuttle from our resort to the Shoppes at Rose Hall (we probably would not have gone if it wasn't free). The shops were clean and well-kept, but were mostly souvenir shops and very similar to each other. There were a few non-typical souvenir shops (coffee, spices, duty-free jewelry, alcohol, etc.), but most of... More

Look, we did the shopping / drink thing on hip-strip, then we took the free shuttle to Shoppe at Rose Hall. This is comparable to any developed "North American" souvenir mall, as a group, the guys bought some cold beers from the store at that far end of the mall...then sat in the shade, while our partners tried stuff on... All the stores are the same, jewelry and Jamaica clothes. Clean an all will barter. Very boring, duty free only place hotel takes you for free
