This was my girls favorite excursion while in Jamaica. We rented 2 rafts and my girls swam between the rafts and up the river. At first they weren't sure about the water, but they quickly got used to swimming in a river and loved it! Inexpensive too....$60 per raft.....yes, the vendors there were pushy but I bought a souvenir from... More

Great little excursion really tranquil and something a bit different. Our tour guide pointed out things along the river and even let me have a go at paddling us along. Great photo opps.

This was a great part of our trip, you get on bamboo rafts with a guide who steers the raft and gives you information on the way down, our guide was friendly and informative, he even let my husband have a go at steering the raft, it was lovely scenery and very relaxing end to our trip.

We really enjoyed our time on he raf floating down the river. It was a very relaxing experience, our paddler was very friendly and had lots of stories to tell. I loved the guy that floated over a small replica of the bamboo raft over to the raft we were on. Very nice souvenir, about 5 mintutes down the river... More

Very relaxing float trip down the River. Our guide was very informative, although not all are as good. Interesting scenery just an hour from Montego Bay.

This was a wonderful relaxing trip down the river. Our guide was very good explaining the wildlife and flora along the way. The guides sell self made calabash souvenirs but no hard sell was seen. Start your trip with a rum punch and enjoy the experience.

What can I say this is our 3rd trip down the river with a different raft captain and it gets better all the time. we saw river crabs blue herons and he showed us the sensitive plant which closes its leaf when you touch it. So if you go ask your raft captain about the story that goes with it... More

From the moment we arrived, our guide Chris made us feel welcome. His respect for the river and pride in Jamaican flora made our entire day memorable. I suggest you ask for him when booking, he does not disappoint.
