Our guide Capt. Murphy, a true Rasta Man was marvelous. He did not rush our trip and really made sure that we understood and appreciated the tranquility of this trip!

Unique experience and quite relaxing. Long bamboo rafts propelled along the river by a man with a long bamboo pole. About an hour long trip.

We had a fantastic captain. Started out on the second raft but finished last. This was because our captain took his time to give us a lesson in everything the Jamaican jungle had to offer from the Pig tree to a bang bang plant. Just amazing when he asked me if I would like to have a go punting the... More

We wanted our traveling friends to experience a river raft trip for what we consider a true Jamaican experience. It didn't disappoint and in fact was better than 10 years ago. The little departure village is very accommodating and the guides awesome personalities. Meandering down the river through lush vegetation and thoughtful commentary makes for a sweet couple hrs. This was a great day trip. The grounds were beautifully kept and the staff was very friendly. Our tour guide was very friendly and accommodating. The River tour was very relaxing as it was a slow day..a Monday. The views of the trees and foliage was great as well as the sounds of all the tropical birds. I did not... More

Enjoyed the ride down this beautiful, calm river! WOW, I loved it. Safe for small children, I had my 3-yr-old. They provide life jackets for all rafts. The water was a beautiful turquoise. If you do this, make sure you take money. There are vendors along the banks of the river selling souvenirs and beer, water. I could spend all... More

Enjoyed the ride along this beautiful and peaceful river with my mom and sister; it was my sister's first time in JA. The lush vegetation that borders the river gives it a lovely green look, but the water is clear and cool. Our guide allowed us to take control of the raft about halfway through the ride... quite scary at... More

I went to this river twice while visiting a friend in Zion (Martha Brae) it was full of locals, which is fine. I loved the bamboo rafts, but the river itself was verrrry rocky! I must say it's a beautiful place though. Very relaxing and a cool escape during those hot and humid Jamaica days. The next time I'm in... More

The trip on a bamboo raft was relaxing and interesting. We chatted all the time to Vincent Daley as he punted us down the river, pointing out all the sights and telling us all about his life and family.
