i didn't not like anything about it.it was magic just drifting down the river for three miles with the sun shining through the trees and the guide giving us a bit of local history.we went there in a very comfortable bus

Visited 2 years ago Sept. We didn't research this trip! The bamboo rafts took two people, and the boat guy moves it along with a pole. The boats all go slow and stop to show things of interest. 10 mins into the trip - the guy started selling carved coconuts $50! We said they were nice but no thank you.... More

learn some history from our guide Frank about that area, which is Trelawny Jamaica near Montego Bay. The tour is from 10AM and turn to resort at 2PM. Ask you butler to pack a snack for you. Cool waters, romantic adventure. If you are blind you can do this, not much walking, easy getting onto the raft. If in a... More

My wife and I did the Martha Brae rafting tour in August. It was one that we planned to do through our research before we left home and it didn't disappoint. It was a very relaxing tour that lasted about an hour down the river. Our guide was very informative and made it a great trip for us. The only... More

My husband and I took this bamboo raft tour-it was really beautiful, relaxing, and the water was gorgeous, freshwater. Only thing not awesome was that the guide try to sell you things they make-fair enough because there is a lot of poverty there, but we had already paid $60 for the tour and it made us uncomfortable. They are kind... More

You will see that each of the other reviews say the same thing!! Very relaxing and the stories about the captains all match but (and call me cynical!!) one trip a day is a moral tale to extol the virtues of the tips!!! They all offer carved shells of some description that cost around £10.00 (??) The scene is one... More

It was not that easy place to find but the day was very relaxing… It was nice to be on the raft, drink beer and watch birds… We had a nice guide and we got to do the “steering” ourselves too and that was nice. The ride took about two hours because we said that we want to enjoy the... More

Great excursion on a bamboo raft, with a helpful guide. My son was able to try his hand at guiding the raft and we appreciated the cool water and peaceful surroundings. Please note that there are only 2 persons per raft plus their guide.
