My Partner and I experienced this trip with Donovan as our Captain. It is so relaxing and very romantic, a wonderful spot to propose to the love of your life. If romance is not on your agenda, then you will find it interesting and informative. Avoid the morning trips as this is when the cruise ships organise their trips. We... More

This was by far the best tour we went on. We climbed on a raft with a seat for two and went on a nice bamboo raft ride down the river. Our Guide Edgar was excellent.

We went rafting on the Martha Brae on a day when there were no cruise ships in port. I am in a wheelchair because of a recent surgery but could walk a small distance. Our guide was very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful views and peaceful journey. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing get-away.

I have been to Jamaica many times and always wanted to do the Martha Brae and finally got to do this December 11. We picked a day when no cruise ships were in port so that is a plus and we also had a sunny day which made the experience nicer. It is relaxing and very pretty with all the... More

Although the day started with heavy rain, and we were obliged to buy an umbrella, the trip on the bamboo raft was very peaceful and fun. Good day out but the bus trip was a long drawn out affair.

We did the Martha Brae Rafting which was a nice relaxing ride down the river on our own 30ft bamboo raft with a guide, beautiful scenery and great guide.

We have been on the raft ride down the martha brae river near falmouth, trelawney today. The 3 mile ride takes 60-90 minutes depending on the level and flow of the river. The cost of $60 was I thought fairly expensive, but that seems to be the same for all attractions in Jamaica. I would have felt ripped off if... More

It's exactly how it looks, sitting on a bamboo raft while someone paddles down the river. It is tranquil, with nature, unique, and beautiful, but I guess it was a little too slow and not worth the $60 USD per raft.

This was an enjoyable experience. Just to kick back relax and enjoy the slow ride. Our river raft capt was pretty nice. Lots of pictures. We got to "drive" for a short while. It was something different.
