It was just lovely, so peaceful. If you enjoy nature and just relaxing definitely go for it. You can just block out the noise and enjoy the river. Apparently the trip is longer in the dry season so we were in for a treat

Totally different experience! $60 for about an hour ride! The rafts were approximately 30 foot long and made out of pieces of bamboo. A guide with a long piece of bamboo did the steering!

Expensive for what it was. Got bitten by mossies and felt bullied into buying a painted coconut thing which we didn't but left a tip and were practically tipped out of the raft!! Don't bother.

Edgar, Captain #75 greeted us and helped us get seated on his raft. I was amazed at the beauty of nature along the trip, but even more so by the hard work that goes into steering the vessel. We enjoyed this excursion so much. The trees and plants were absolutely stunning, and it was nice and cool on the river. Our rafting captain, Frank, was very knowledgeable about the river, as well as all of the plants and animals we saw. He invited us to ask any question at all, and we went for it. We found out...
