We loved this beach! You pay entrance at most of the tourist beaches in the area. We had a day out here my parents retired to Montego Bay so they usually swim at Dead End a free beach opposite Sandals but took us to a few entrance fee beaches Doctors Cave was one. It was our favourite in the area... More

This beach charges $6 for admission, but you can find hotels which will include this fee in with your room fee. The beach has nice sand and the environment is clean. Plenty of area to swim and is the first beach I've gone to where I felt safe enough for my wife and I to both go in the water... More

Pros-Beach security, nicely maintained facilities, food and drinks service on the beach (shoutout to Steven, very professional and courteous) Cons-long wait for food, not much natural shade and looks like you have to pay for a beach umbrella.

I loved the beach but it baffles me how you have to pay for a free beach, that God created. I understand the country has to make money but really.

Ok beach, I've seen nicer and you have to pay $6 to visit and swim there and then you also have to pay for a lounger. Wouldn't visit again.

If you stay across the street at the Gloucestershire Hotel you pay US$5 to enter. Otherwise it is US$6 to enter, US$6 for each beach chair and each umbrella. The huge tube trampoline was a great place to dive from and there were small coral colonies with fish and sea life 20 feet from the trampoline. Using my goggles, I... More

It Was quite picey at $6... More
