Nice Beach!

It's wasn't too crowded when we were there. I loved it and I'm not even a beach person! I loved watching & looking at the various things happening in & out of the water.

Great service (they rent everyhting you need to stay comfortable in the beach) and also have bar service in the beach. As is not a public beach (you need to pay a fee) even on Sundays relatively quiet.

Doctor's Cave beach has earned it's name in my book! The amount of relaxation and comfort that you'd feel while sitting on this beach feels like a cure delivered from a doctor. This was one of the nicest beaches that I've visited while in Jamaica so far! For starters, it was located directly across the street from the hotel where... More

Got off our cruise ship at Falmouth and made it here within 35 minutes. Better than expected snorkeling, chaise lounges $6 each and $6 each to get in. Fair amount of alcohol in the $8 drinks and friendly staff. If you hang here long enough the requests for you to buy weed will emerge but not aggressively so. WAy cheaper... More

We arrived from our cruise ship with 13 teenagers and 9 adults. We were prepared for the $5 cab ride, $6 entrance fee, $6 chair fee and $6 umbrella fee. The beach and water were very nice. The lunch was good. Our kids had a great time! We felt safe and had no problems at all. Compared to the $80/person... More

My first piece of advise for frugal travelers like me is to go ahead and pay for the excursion and do not try to "wing it" on your own. Jamaica is a little rougher area than other Caribbean ports of call. Doctor's Cave Beach is small but very beautiful with its white sands and clear water. The people are friendly... More

When I first got to this beach I was a little underwhelmed. It's beautiful, but seemed a tad small. But after I realized how good the snorkeling actually is, I changed my mind. There is actually a reef within the roped off area, and the western pier is teeming with cool stuff, including something sunken at the end where the... More

The beach at our hotel was tiny, so we came here for 1 day, It is a very nice beach, it seems to be in front of the old Breezes hotel. The sand is white and long, the water is very calm and has a trampoline for the kids. It is quite steep into the water though, not much of... More
