The outdoors, the water fountains, the hot springs, the private spa rooms. I think tho, that the surfaces should be better maintained. Tiling should not be allowed to fall off without being repaired regularly. More

After reading many mixed reviews I was hestitant to make this trip, but it was something that had been on my "list" for a while so decided to take a chance. So glad I did. The drive over from Port Antonio was maybe an hour or so...the road is filled with pot holes but well worth it. Another poster here... More

they also want to give you a massage....the private baths in the hotel are superb and very clean. One is only meant to stay 20 mins in the baths...it can be very hot...but you have the option to control the temperature by adding cold water. More

You can choose to go in the bath for 20 or 40 minutes. but thats just it. The water is hot and all that but it gets boring after a while. It needs some soft music and inside each of the bath area needs some decorations and lighting to create a spa ambiance feel and look. More

Bath Fountain Hotel & SPA is one of the Attractions you should go if you are a massage & SPA Freak who wants to experience something different. The Hotel itself offers basic standard rooms, nothing very special but ok. The food was lovely as the staff - everybody was very accommodating and even the chef stayed overtime to cook for... More

This attraction is generally referred to as St. Thomas Bath by Jamaicans. The small hotel and spa is owned and operated by the Jamaican government and dates back to the 1700's. A nice way to wake up those tight joins and muscles, an ideal natural health spa with an amazing public massage experience. This place really shows why Jamaica is the land of wood and water. Thou the hot springs are limited in numbers there are quite a number of other cold springs and river to cool you off. The massage... More
