I'm more of a nature adventurer, so these kinds of tours don't attract me that much, but my husband wanted to go. When you get there you sign up for a your group and some take you around the estate. You see the distillery, the aging house, and old tools used to make rum. After the tour you do a... More

I enjoyed that tour, the history of how rhum used to be made, got a little bit too technical at times but nothing painful.. it's not a very long tour but our guide Normand made sure to make it a funny experience.. I especially like seeing the rooms filled with containers of rhum.. best part was last when they leave... More

Our tour guide Norman was very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. There wasn't much that I disliked. I can't change the location (it's pretty far) but other than that well worth the admission fee.

This was an excellent tour. Getting the history of how the rum was made and seeing the estate was amazing. Loved the fact that they are environmentally friendly by reusing the stuff like sugar cane. Got a bit more understanding on the value of each appleton rum and understood the aging process.

Well first of all I am not a rum drinker, so I was not so sure about doing this tour. All I can say now is that it blew me away, amazing!! I learned so much and the tour guide was beyond great, I think his name was Norman! I am now a fan of Appleton Rum and Ginger Beer!!... More

The tour itself is informative and entertaining and the staff at the estate is very friendly. The estate is fairly large so counter in some time to walk around and explore a little. During the tour you can taste the molasses and some sugar canes and at the end of the tour you get to taste ALL of the rum.

The tour was fascinating and its great that they show you the actual manufacturing floor. However once the tour was finished there was not much else left to do. Free samples of the various drinks would have been nice too.

This was a delightful and informative trip around part of the rum factory The guide told us all we needed to know and did not make us walk and stand in the sun too long. There were interactive things to do and a rum tasting afterwards. We saw a very informative video of the factory and how rum has been... More

Best tour we've done during our stay. Welcomed with a rum punch. Very good tour guide led us through the factory and explained all about the process. The old way and the modern process. Tasting of sugar cane juice and melasse. The tour ended with a extensive tasting of about eleven different rums and cream liqueurs. Delicious! Good shop as... More

Nice tour, informative and tasty. We started of by gathering in where we received a glass of rum punch (made up of 3 rums) and what a punch it has. We then tested about 10 various rums, and proceeded to tour the grounds and ended again with additional tasting and purchasing. You have to try the crème rums, especially the... More
