Man oh man. There are few places, that can make fried fish with bammy and festival like they can on Hellshire beach. It is very local, but the food makes it an awesome experience.

So I am not sure what happened on the days those who went wrote a bad review BUT LOVE THIS PLACE. The water is CRYSTAL GREEN/BLUE, the food is soooo good and the overall beach is very clean. I go to Jamaica once every year and I ALWAYS make a stop here! The seating area are also clean and spacious,... More

After visiting Jamaica for so long it was my very first visit in May. It was a beautiful day, as it had been raining on and off like crazy. We arrived there around 3 or 4. A nice drive from Ocho Rios, St. Ann. It was about an hour and half drive. Very nice lil beach. It has these lil... More

Didn't know what to expect, the good, the bad, and the ugly was on my mind. As well as a little fear of trickery. I was WRONG! Gr8 beach with fresh food right off the boat. The boats come in often so wait for them so you know your food is fresh. Walk the beach first to find a great... More

Visit this beach to see how Kingstonians enjoy the weekend. The sand and sea is beautiful here but you'll be sharing it with hundreds of people. Nice authentic experience. Grab a cold red stripe or some steamed fish and watch the antics!

We were taken here by a new driver, not our regular good driver, and he took us to this bogus lunch stand on the beach where we were overwhelmed by people holding up lobsters and fresh fish. Shame on us for not discussing pricing up front, there was no menu or board with costs either. Shortly after we ordered and... More

Our group of 7 decided to dine at Hellshire instead of Gloria's in Port Royal. On arrival, we were coaxed to dine at Celine's British Fish and Seafood by 2 men who said it was their family's restaurant. We were even offered a discount to dine there. Against my better judgement, I allowed the rest of my family to convince... More

The fish and lobster was so good that we went twice. The beach at Hellshire is a bit crowded so we swim at The Boardwalk beach first then drive over to Hellshire afterwards for our meal. The first time we ate at Aunt Merl's and the second time next door at Aunt May's. Hands down we prefer Aunt May's. Definitely... More

You have to go to Hellshire beach if you visit Jamaica, great beach, good atmosphere and friendly people... the food prices are so cheap we had oysters, Lobster and Blue fish with beer and it does not break the bank about £20. So if you get a chance make a visit
