The animals were great to see as well as the river, but the boat was a little scary and the tour guide was kind of quiet. The bathrooms here were HORRIBLE and disgusting!

A great chance to see the wildlife Jamaica has to offer up close. A nice addition to a day filled with other activities.

We really enjoyed seeing all the wild life especially the crocodiles. It was a beautiful way to see the trees and birds from a boat there was a gentle breeze which was very welcome. Just wished it could have lasted longer.

Good boat trip which is normally part of a day that includes other attractions. You will get to see crocodiles, local bird and plant life. Our day include the YS Falls and the Appleton Rum Estate. Staying awake after rum sampling at lunch time was a challenge!

While on vacation in Montego Bay Ja. we went on a full day tour starting at the pick up at the hotel on the Hip Strip at 8:45 am. To Black River where the river tour on the large pontoon boat (large = smooth travels on the water) was awesome. I can only speak for the captain we had for... More

boat trip was ok, guide was knowledgeable, crocs were cool - we did this trip as a three stopper (black river, appletons, ys falls) none of the 'tours' were individually worth the travel time or cost, but together it made an ok day out

Jamaican kids are very well behaved. My son threw a big tantrum in the outdoor market. I think the local vendors thought it was funny to see a kid so wild. There is really nothing to do in black river. The market is ok. There is an ATM or two if you need one. The town in pretty scraggly.
