Entertaining boat ride and not every day you see someone lift up the head of a 7 foot croc in the river. some things like the supposedly poor cow that fell in the river to be torn apart by the crocs (i guess the rope from it's legs to... Peaceful ride and loved the nice breeze from the boat. We only It saw one crocodile. Went as part of a day trip to include Y.S. Falls. The boat had plenty of room & good views. The guide was excellent & pointed out many things such as the crocodile, herons, Osprey & other interesting flora & fauna.

It was awesome to see the crocodile in their natural environment. The boat ride up the river brings you into the beauty of the bogs. It was interesting to learn more about these awesome (but scary) creatures.

We visited black river in June 2015, great to see all the wildlife & different plants growing on the river. Various birds are scattered along the river & the guide was full of information. Nice hour & half spent chilling out.

Visited Black River during a visit to Jamaica. A bustling little town set beside the sea. Had the opportunity to meet many of the locals and visit the local shops and road side food places. The black river safari departs from here which we did many years ago. Black River is worth a visit.

The animals were great to see as well as the river, but the boat was a little scary and the tour guide was kind of quiet. The bathrooms here were HORRIBLE and disgusting!

A great chance to see the wildlife Jamaica has to offer up close. A nice addition to a day filled with other activities.

We really enjoyed seeing all the wild life especially the crocodiles. It was a beautiful way to see the trees and birds from a boat there was a gentle breeze which was very welcome. Just wished it could have lasted longer.
