gradually this great place in jamaica is becoming a slum - a haven for poverty, depression and pain. being a past capital of jamaica, its heritage needs management: the georgian architecture needs to be restored. the museum needs to be marketed. bins need to be installed and the people need to be educated.

I love Spanish Town, Jamaica I have been to other parts of Jamaica but Spanish Town is the best. The people don't care if you are a tourist. It's like when in Rome do what the Romans do. Nothing is special about being a foreigner they make no difference and I love it. Spanish Town is not a tourist area...
