Punta Espada Golf Course is already listed among the worlds finest, with the renowned GolfWeek ranking it as the best golf course in the Caribbean and Mexico. Eight holes play along and over the sea. From all points of Punta Espada, golfers are blessed with extraordinary views of the Caribbean, where the sea contrasts against the emerald fairways and the perfect greens. Challenging stroke play and beauty are entwined in this outstanding par 72 course, which hosted the inaugural PGA Tour’s Champions Tour in April 2008 - The Cap Cana Championship. The annual tournament is televised internationally through the Golf Channel and its license-holding subsidiaries.

We come here every year for a golf tournament and this is one course we play. It is simply awesome and very well kept... Lots of wind and difficult! The staff is not very friendly... Something that does catch our eye as all other services in Pta Cana are impecable! Caddies could be better... Change the people and you will... More

I have been to Cap Cana twice in the last 3 years and played this course 6 times. I would come back just to play it again. Have played many great courses and this may be the best. Challenging, amazingly beautiful and in great condition. If you are a golfer, it is a must play in the world!

I just returned from a family trip to Punta Cana and played Corales, La Cana and Punta Espada. I'm a six handicap which I mention only to lend perspective to my impressions of the course(s) played. Having played many of the top courses in the US, along with a number in the Caribbean including Teeth of the Dog, Corales and... More

The course was in pristine condition. Every hole was better than the last. We played as a twosome and got around in three hours.

This is a very nice golf course; but it is over priced, the management is not very friendly and if it doesn't work out deals with the local hotels, they will find themselves all alone with what could be their business going elsewhere. Most of us avid golfers travel with family and though in my mind the golf is the... More

The course was amazing with wonderful views of the ocean on almost every hole. We had an amazing caddy which was part of the green fees. If you never played with a caddy you are in for a real treat. The club house offers a very lunch lunch and the shop had a huge selection. The only downside was the... More

It's by far the most expensive round of golf I've ever played but it's also the most memorable round because of the experience. An unbelievably beautiful course that even the pictures don't fully convey. Though very challenging and much above the skill of myself and my two duffer companions, we still agreed it was nevertheless worth submitting ourselves to the... More

Imagine the perfect weather (sunny but with wind), 8 holes so close to the sea that you could jump in it and a quality of fairways, greens, course design that you could find in PGA tour! You are not dreaming, you have just played a round in the best golf course ever! Only "little" problem is green fee price but... More

If you love to play golf, you cannot pass up playing this track. Yes, it's not cheap but it's worth it. The course was in great shape and very playable. It's an intimidating looking course at first but the fairways are wide and the greens roll perfectly. The practice area is top notch and caddies are required - he was... More
