Punta Espada Golf Course is already listed among the worlds finest, with the renowned GolfWeek ranking it as the best golf course in the Caribbean and Mexico. Eight holes play along and over the sea. From all points of Punta Espada, golfers are blessed with extraordinary views of the Caribbean, where the sea contrasts against the emerald fairways and the perfect greens. Challenging stroke play and beauty are entwined in this outstanding par 72 course, which hosted the inaugural PGA Tour’s Champions Tour in April 2008 - The Cap Cana Championship. The annual tournament is televised internationally through the Golf Channel and its license-holding subsidiaries.

Absolutely fantastic golf course. Our club PGA pro said it was the best course he had ever played. If you're a golfer, don't miss it.

Challenging layout, delightful caddies, same condition as Augusta. Greens fees a little high (book ahead through a specialist...) but probably the best course in the Caribbean!

Punta Espada Golf Course is one of the most beautiful courses I have ever seen. Its an 18 hole course and I believe it holds the number one spot in the Caribbean. The restaurant has really good food too!

Lots of holes on the water and the most beautiful course we've ever played. At first we didn't like the idea of having a caddie, but they were so helpful. We played another course nearby, but this was much nicer.

Beverages on the golf course are expensive.
The greens are good.
We golfed an extra round, but didn't pay full price (bargained for a better fee)

The scenery alone would be enough...with the bright blue sea contrasting with perfectly green grass with explosions of white foamy water on the volcanic rock. I literally thanked god for the ability to be in this place. I've played the course 6 times over the last 3 years. It is my favorite on the planet.
