Clean, easy access, good basic equipment. Had both free weights and equipment. Solid cardio equipment as well.
The trainer/supervisor who worked there was great. He was very accomadation to my needs. The gym does need a few new things like benches, medicine balls and crunch machine but all in all it was great and the employee was great. Thank you.
I loved the fact that spinning and yoga classes were offered back to back every day! The spinning class had really good music and it was an excellent workout to start the day, especially when followed by yoga.
The cardio equipment didn't work well. Space was small and congested. The room was extremely hot... They could use a couple more fans.
I liked that the gym had quite a bit to offer. Anyone was allowed to use any of the machines as long as they had running shoes and an appropriate outfit to work out in. I like the gym was so clean and they have clean towels for everyone.
The instructor Elsa is really very nice. She is very friendly and full of energy. We went almost every day to learn step aerobic from her.
Pros: 2 yoga rooms, 1 spinning class room with about 20 bikes about 10 treadmills, about 8 ellipticals and all the weight machines you can think of aswell as free weights, jump rope. plenty of tv's water and towles. they know how to pamper a client! a great way to spend a half day, they really roll out the red carpet! highly recommend the chocolate and sugar massage, skin never softer. perfect for a ladies day out
