Three Jesus loving friends with more than 30 years of experience, got together to share their Stoke and all the benefits that Surfing gave them through their life; teaching kids from 4 to 76 years old to Surf, to respect the ocean and nature in general. We are in one of the most beautiful and undeveloped beaches of the Dominican Republic, on the Punta Cana area: Macao Beach, a localism free beach where everybody is welcome, with six different breaks and one of the safest beaches to learn how to surf, and yet exciting enough for experienced surfers. Literally making dreams come true, specially for those that dreamed all their life about riding waves, for those that want to make Surfing their main sports activity, and also for those that just want to get Surfing out of their "bucket list". Surf Shack with showers and lockers.

We stayed at the Bahia Principe Bavaro in Punta Cana. We signed up for 3 private surf lessons with Macao Surf Camp. My husband, our 10 yr old son and myself. They picked us up at the hotel in a very clean van and took us to Macao Beach. The owner is super nice and extremely personable. He gave us... More

This is an awesome surf camp! My boys (18 and 21) had surfed before, but it had been over a year. Armando took the time to determine their abilities and got them going right away! The 2 hour lesson was personalized and focused on what each of them needed to work on so they could be better surfers. The instructors... More

Armando, Rafael, and Gustavo are amazing and I am so thankful to have found them and their surf camp so my family and I could experience the coolness of surfing! Armando picked us up at our hotel right on time! He was so completely interesting to talk to which made the trip out there go by so quick! Once there... More

The guys here were awesome! We had 8 people learning how to surf and I was going to instruct them. The owner made us a good deal and my friends had their own instructor and I was able to enjoy a little surf. I recommended this surf camp to anyone. They will pick you up from the hotel.

This is the perfect surf camp! My wife and I took lessons for the first time on our honeymoon at Macao, and after a very short time we could officially call ourselves surfers. Not much English is spoken, but you catch on fairly quickly. Our travel agent arranged for the camp to pick us up at our resort and bring... More

OK, so there's only three owners and only one of them has a Renaissance master's name, but whatever...these guys are still ninja at provding fun for those wanting to try surfing for the first time. The focus of this business is getting you up on a surfboard for the first time. Don't expect a master thesis in surfing. You get... More

Our whole family had a great time learning to surf together. I loved the fresh fruit and coconut water break too, that was a fun bonus. They don't offer a whole lot of advice when you are in the water, but if you have a question about your form, just ask. They will tell you if you ask.

Had a blast learning to surf! It is basically a quick 5 minute lesson on land and then learn by doing out in the ocean with pointers and corrections from your instructor. I was a little worried about swimming since I am not a strong swimmer. I was assured beforehand that you didn't need to swim to do the lesson.... More

My both teenagers have a wonderful time surfing at Macao beach . We were picked up from our hotel on time . Both teenagers can surf on their own after taking one lesson . Master teacher is informative and experience and teach them the basic skills before heading to the water . The waves at this beach is perfect for... More

My wife and I learned to surf here back in May, and the two gentlemen (mine was Sammy, can't remember the wife's) had us up and surfing within minutes. Transportation to and from the hotel (royalton) was included in our rate and were picked up in an Escalade and dropped off in a Grand Cherokee. The folks that work there... More
