Beautiful views and scenery.Long uphill hike, but manageable. Most breathtaking waterfalls and lagoons around. Not for faint of heart, multiple rock jumps and natural water slides, swimming a must.

Oh, the excursion was great! I had to find out the hard way how out of shape I was... I did the 1-12 waterfalls.. If you don't have proper shoes, they have some you can rent for $2.. I advise that you do that.. there are ALOT of rocks you will be walking over and my sisters feet were killing... More

Beautiful nature, a kind of rain forest, hiking up and a lot of fun going down through the waterfalls ending in a big jump. Hiking back through the forest with your adrenalin pumping :)

We had a family of 5, three kids between 8 and 14 years old. We did 12 falls and there had been no rain for 6 months so we only got to "do" 7 or 8 falls. The rest of the time we were walking through a river. We had younger kids and were concerned 27 would be too much... More

This was an amazing experience. I absolutely recommend it and wish I would have done 27 falls instead of 12. The pictures on the website do not give it justice.

This is the most amazing thing I have done in my life. It's pure natural beauty. It's fun, fresh water, and just amazing. Bring a gopro camera if you can and attach it to your helmet. There's also food included in this once you are finished! I would just suggest bringing your own water shoes. There's gave me pretty bad... More

I took my wife and 4 year old son to visit the Salto de damajagua located between Altamira and Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic this summer (2014). We got our tickets at the registration and got our guide. Before we left we were outfitted with life jackets and climbing helmets. These are for swimming and climbing the first 7... More

Seemed very expensive- but well worth the money! Take a waterproof disposable camera and some watershoes with you- also wear a t shirt and shorts as you can get scratches and scrapes! The walk up to the top is really hard if you are unfit, but well worth it!

This was the highlight of our trip! We were only able to do the first 12, but next time will try all 27! We will be doing this again when we return in December!

It was one of the most excellent trips we have ever been to. We booked it through a provider at the beach, at a very good price. The sights and the experience is amazing, would highly recommend visiting it. Not only will you see the most beautiful waterfalls, but you'll also get to slide and jump them. Truly great.
