Great beach in front granventana hotel cleaned daily beach staff great no complaints this the 10 th visit
Beautiful beach but overpriced as you must be staying at a nearby hotel in order to reach it. Lots of vendors since there are lots of tourists.
There was no time to wait until comenting about this beach, it's white sands and blue water. Sunny skies, and it's not crowded! Worth the visit! It's mostly private, but we went to BLUE JACK TAR, this place is open for people to use it's beach (consuming in the snack bar and restaurant ofcourse), and it was lovely!
The western side of Playa Dorada has imported sand from Semana, which seems ridiculous, but this is the only beach my oldest son has ever been to that he actually liked. The western side is MUCH nicer than the eastern side, and makes for a much better experience.
Lovely beach, little tractor goes along every morning to collect seaweed its immaculate, sandy even in the sea the sand underfoot is sandy no pebbles like other ones id been on. Clear water able to see fish, a few rock pools to be careful of. beach vendors lovely once you say no they dont pester you again that day but... More
Its a golden sand beach with darker water than Sosua Beach, There not food or bathroom available if you are not staying in a hotel. Not local hanging around. Few beach vendors if you walk down right from Bluebay villas dorados its empty with a closed resort to the left its cleaner and blueyish water also wifi
love the beach and shopping was well worth it , the locals were very good to us , the waves were not very high this trip but sand was clean not much sea weed
The beach was beautiful, with a view of the mountains on the other side of the water. Nice, clean, white sand. Only down side was the vendors, but as with anything else you just keep telling them no.
