Virgin beach, crystal - clear waters, amazing temperature, this is true PARADISE. We didn't want to leave. The access is a bit difficult since you must arrive by "yola". But the journey over is beautiful in itself. Tip: bring everything you might need: cooler, drinks, food, etc so you can enjoy a whole day at the beach.

My review will be short - Rancho Bahia de las Aguilas is "must to go" place with fine food and drinks. Take chance to visit the beach which is 10 minutes ride by boat. Santiago, the owner of the restaurant, is extremely friendly and nice person! Awesome experience!

Great place to experience a remote treasure beach. Beautiful sand and view. A must see! Careful that there is no shade at the beach.

This is a world heritage site per the United Nations. It's protected. The moment our eyes witnessed such a magnificence of natural unspoiled beauty, we felt closely conneted to the Creator, to the universe. We arrived to the beach after a boat ride and tour of the bay. The waters are several shades that go from the purest blue to... More

If you are searching for a beach paradise with white sand, turquoise water, no hotels close to the beach the long way to this remote place is worth it! We took a boat from Las Chuevas. The boat ride is spectacular it self! Bring enough water with you, there is no chance to buy anything. There are no palm trees... More

It is amazingly clean and very few people. The colors of the water were spectacular. Perfect for swimming little wave action and crystal clear water. The area is a desert and totally different from other parts of the DR. The boat ride is only 10 minutes winding through the rocks. The drive from Barahona is long, but the views picturesque.
