I read about Paul Crask on TripAdvisor, and also saw that he is the author of a new guidebook about Dominica and all its hiking trails. Middleham falls hike was the most adventurous, exciting challenges I?ve taken. It is more enjoyable if you are a person who is conditioned to moderate exercise. The hike through the rainforest is sensational. These falls can be reached by two trails. The easiest in terms of driving to the start point, is by taking the Laudat road and then turing of down a newly surfaced track to the visitors centre (the other approach is from the village of Cockrane to the north).
