Fantastic trip with Capt Gus and his crew . They say there's a 90% chance of seeing whales and we saw several, some really up close and personal. . Sperm whales seem to be quite curious and a couple circled our boat ,it was an absolutely amazing experience to be able to see them so closely. Fantastic trip ,boat not overcrowded... More

Dive dominica had really great food. The prices are not high at all. Very great ambiance. Well organised business. We had a great time and went back four times during our weekend getaway.

We went whale watching. The boat was comfortable and a good portion was in the shade which was fantastic. We saw 8 whales. They use sonar to find where the whales are. We also saw about 100 dolphins. All swimming together. It was an awesome sight to see. Great photos of the island looking from the boat back at the... More

Another awesome trip to Dominica. Our group of 22 stayed at The Evergreen Hotel - right next door to Dive Dominica. Can't say enough about this dive operator, professional, safety orientated, knowledgeable, personable. On our first dive of the trip they wanted to be sure we were all weighted correctly. I asked for 2 more pounds and they placed them... More

We were on a cruise ship, and the last time I snorkelled was in my 30's. (I'm now 66) We were instructed about safety given masks, flippers and life vests tied under the crutch which was a source of amusement to all. The Instructors were superb and the one instructor that escorted us along the reef kept surfacing after each... More

Dive Dominica does a great job at all aspects of their operation. They are detailed above the water and very attentive and safety conscious under the water. I could find no fault with anything they did while we were diving with them. To help make our experience even better they helped us find two frog fish, a sea horse, and... More

We were on a cruise and did not want to take the ship excursions, so we booked a snorkel trip with Dive Dominica. We ended up being the only snorkelers on a dive trip. We are experienced snorkelers, so did not mind. We got to see some reefs that you normally do not visit, but conditions were windy and choppy.... More

Just finished an Eastern Caribbean cruise on the Celebrity Equinox. Four of us frequently dive as a shore excursion off of the cruise boat. We were surprised and pleased with the healthy reef and fish populations. The crew that we had with Dive Dominica were cordial and professional. Unlike many outfits who work with cruise boats, they treated us as... More

We did two consecutive days with Dive Dominica--first whale watching, then scuba diving. On both days the crew and guides were very friendly and super knowledgeable, and we had a great time! WHALE WATCHING We saw about 10 sperm whales, including two calves, and they were incredible to see! I come from a country with MUCH stricter whale-watching guidelines than... More

We would have liked to give a 3.5, didn't want to go as low as a 3 and ruin their rating because they are a good dive company. We did 5 days of diving/2 tank dives and dove the same site 4 times. It seems they have a big focus on lionfish hunting and base their dives on where the... More
