There are so much variety of fruits that you would not get anywhere else in Dominica as most of all the fammers would meet especially on a saturday, and sale their fruits and vegetables there. So its a nice place to visit especially on saturday mornings. More

An historical site hidden in the background. Next to the information centre wall are the Kalingo women with their woven 'roseau' wares. You won't find these on any other islands. If you are lucky you may find the hand-made upside down inside out dolls. Beautiful. Remember these ladies make these beautiful crafts by hand. The prices are reasonable! More

We visited the market after our morning excursion, which we loved. The market is small and did not have a lot of variety. It was a hot day and we really didn't see anything, so we walked up to the library which we did enjoy. I guess this is a place to just give one a little more time off... More
