A stunning beach with breathtaking turquoise water and a fabulous reef just off shore. We paid the $6 admission and parked, and then rented lounge chairs for $3 each. After a lovely picnic of fresh tropical fruit (there is a Centrum supermarket en route from Willemstad), we rented dive equipment from the on-site dive shop (just under $100 for the... More

It's gorgeous without being overcrowded. There is a grill with cold beer. We went there to dive and discovered that one of the hoses was leaking. The very nice people at B diving had an extra hoses and the tools to replace it. They saved our dive and didn't gouge us. This beach has something for everyone. There is a... More

Gorgeous water to snorkel. We saw many many schools of fish and it was very relaxing. It cost about $6 per car, which was well worth it for the beach access. We did not have time to hang out on the beach or to eat at the little restaurant but still worth it. There was a decent rest room and... More

We were in Curacao on Jan. 22, 2016. The beach is about 35 minutes from the Cruise boat docks. Taxi charged $15US per person each way, driver agreed that we would not pay him until he picked us up at agreed time and he took us back to the cruise ship. Entrance fee was $3 per person (even though others... More

This beach felt very safe. There is an admission charge of 6 dollars US. The beach chairs were 3 dollars US. There are restrooms, showers and snack bar. Be sure to find shade when you arrive. As the day goes on it gets to be very hot in the sun. As more people arrive the shady areas are in limited... More

This is a great beach. One of the longest on Curacao. It cost a few bucks to get in and a few for chairs. But, the water is stunning. The size of the beach helps spread out everyone. We went on a Sunday figuring the locals wouldn't want to pay. We were right. The food is OK. But, who cares.... More

Cool beach with astounding snorkeling - literally walking into the water, it's teeming with fish. Saw all kinds of interesting fish, octopus, eels - you name it...incredible and easy access. Beach was decent, loaded with European visitors, seemed to be less children here which was great. $6 USD to park. $3 USD for a reclining beach bed. Food at the... More

Caveat : You need to pay $10/car if you drive yourself. Also require to pay 6 guilder per chair you want to "rent" to the lady that comes by and gives you a ticket for proof of purchase. Regardless of what the person at the gate tells you. Parking was plenty, the ride down is a little rough, but nothing... More

Everyone on the island told us this was the best beach. I completely disagree. They charge an admittance fee which is basically for the facilities. Many beaches will not have washrooms and this is convenient but the beach itself was not near the best beach on the island. Sand was good, rocky entrance to the water which was rough. We... More
