The tour involves a very informative truck/bus ride around an area not much bigger than a football field. 3/4 way thru, you get to get out of bus and feed ostriches. Fun to do and great picture opportunity. We also ate at the restaurant at the farm. My biggest complaint with the restaurant was that we ordered ostrich burgers to... More

This was a better tour than I expected. We went because my daughter was interested but I found my self enjoying it very much. Great learning about the ostriches and we got a chance to feed them as well as stand on an ostrich egg. We did not eat at the restaurant but I understand it is very good as... More

This is definitley something for the whole family! It is not a too short or too long tour and the guide speaks both Dutch and English, which was great for us (who were the only two english speaking people on the tour)! They have a restaurant and gift shop as well.

It's vacation and you're supposed to see stuff you don't have at home.. sure it's dirty as a real farm should be and Ostriches aren't cute.. but you can't get this close at the zoo. While the farm is small... almost all of the joy you get on this tour is based on how good of a story teller your... More

For about 16 usd, you get a tour with lots of information, unfortunately also a lot of forced jokes, told in a memorized, joyless manner. You stop to feed an ostrich, and get the opportunity to stand on an egg. You can eat ostrich at the restaurant. Unfortunately the waitress didn't speak any Dutch and barely any English, even though... More

We visited the Ostrich Farm as part of a Cruise Ship excursion, and it's one of the first things we talk about when asked about our cruise. It's a unique experience, much different from the usual "Island Tours". Absolutely LOVED it. You ride around the large farm in a safari bus, and get great views of all the ostriches, emus,... More

Our guide Alex was great. He explained all about how they raise the ostrich and the different types from emu in Australia and the Africa black ostrich. He explained how they "trick" the ostriches into laying eggs. The farm has many other small animals that coexist with the ostrich. He also explained how they have alligators to clean up after... Our guide, Kaymar, really made this trip incredible. He took us in an open air safari type bus through the grounds, stopping occasionally to tell us about what we were seeing. Not only ostriches, but emus and little pigs! We got to get up close, but, just as he said, we were completely safe. We were even able to feed... More

Went with the kids, and it was a lot of fun. The kids loved it, and the staff was great. Not an all day adventure, maybe an hour or two, but definitely worth the trip if you're in the area

As others have said, this is pretty far from any of the resorts, and quite a way away from the main road, so my suggestion would be to have a rental car if you plan to visit. Other than that, it was definitely worth the trip. My daughter and I had a blast learning about all of the different animals,... More
