We went here as part of a guided island tour. We thought the fee was paid as part of the tour, but no, so we had to pay to use this unpleasant beach. We stayed for less than an hour. The beach was crowded, the prices were high, the water was not very clear, the snorkelling was poor and the... More

beach is very vivid, if you dont look for serenity, it is nice place to relax there. It is surrounded by beach boutiques, nice restaurants and bars. Very suitable for swimming, what we liked very much is moored pontoon and natural stone plateau where you can sunbathe.

It was our second cruise to Curacao. On the first cruise we walked around town and enjoyed the sights and shopping around the cruiseport so this time we wanted to visit a beach that was close to the cruiseport. We walked across the bridge to downtown and then caught a local bus (asked a few locals where the bus depot... More

You could tell this was man made. The sand was hard. There were cigarette butts lining the shore. The rocks block a lot of the waves which was nice for us. There were a few shops and restaurants and some that look like they would be opening soon. Restrooms were clean. There was a fee to enter and use the... More

This was an average commercial beach: calm man-made sea wall with paid access, paid chairs, but decent beach food and drinks.

We rode ATV's by this beach. The sand was white, weather gorgeous. I did not go in the water, but from afar I coud see the clearness of the water. The beach area was full of people, so I know this must be the spot to hit. I would reccomend visiting this beach.

I went to Mambo Beach, after visiting Curacao a few times. Mambo is laid back with various Restaurants & bars tiki bars pool bars etc. The entry fee is minimal around $3-4 USD. Clean beach with chairs and sun beds available for rent. Has a nice youthful vibe not readily seen on the island. It has a nice mix of... More

We went here upon the recommendation of the woman at the information booth outside our cruise ship. She told us the other beaches were "too far". This place is disgusting. It is a man made beach with very little beach. The ocean is a man-made lagoon and smells like fish. We left after 15 minutes.

I visited this beach last year on a tour, but I only had time to walk around a little. On our recent cruise stop this year I wanted to visit this beach once again. We used the local van/bus to get to the Seaquarium. I think it was around $3 fare one way for the two of us. We were... More
