Mambo Beach

Beautiful beach, however the shells hurt your barefeet. There is shopping on site. It does cost to enter the beach and you need to pay for a beach chair. The views are fantastic!

The month we went must have been off season. It was very deserted. Some shops and restaurants were open. Ice cream shop available and huge stages on the beach. It looks really great there but I didn't see anything exciting happen. Maybe wrong time of year? We walked from the Sunscape so only 10 minute walk.

I loved the beach there. It is romantic, family friendly and has lots of boutiques and restaurants to choose from. The only downside is that most of the restaurants and shops close 7:00-8:00 pm. I will definitely visit again!

Mambo beach (now madero ocean club) is about 15 mins drive or less from Willemstad. A local bus from the bus station at Punda will get you there for 2 dollars. The beach has some very good quality facilities and is upmarket. Its 3 dollars to get into the beach and you can rent a sun bed or cabana right... More

We enjoyed our day at Mambo beach, but there are some things to know. There is a small fee to get in and the only way to get there is by taxi (about $5 a person) or car. The sand if fine, but a bit hard, not always comfortable to walk on. The water is very calm, which is great... More

I liked strolling from shop to shop as they have some pretty unique boutiques there. The place is trying a bit too hard to be posh but I enjoyed a lazy afternoon there.

The colors will take your breath away. When we first walked on to the beach I was amazed by the beauty. The beach was in a cove surrounded by rocks. It was an easy swim out to the rocks to view the sea with different shades of bright and dark blue.

Nice beach. Lots of shops and very modern. You have to pay to enter the beach and for the chair as is customary in Curacao. Wait staff is very friendly. Water is protected and very nice for swimming. Loved it and would come there again.

Lots to eat, the beach was beautiful. Tons of people, places to stay, and shopping. It's close to the aquarium if you wanted to go to both in the same day. That's what we did. Walking distance.

Sand floor, nice u-bar, excellent drinks and great food from the grill. Picturesque. There is a nice outdoor mall with shops and restaurants there as well. We found good deals on dive shirts, etc. opens around 10:30.
