The stretch of the beach outside Sandals was quiet and wonderful to relax. Enjoyed swimming in sea where the water was warm and shallow. Also enjoyed long walks on the beach and then delicious drinks in the beach bar.

The beach at Varadero is a pleasure at any time of the day - but especially early morning and at sunset. We enjoyed the 'local' beach - toward Calle 50 - and were lucky enough to be staying across the street at a center called Ceserse (Centro Servicios Sociales y Educativos).

Clear blue waters, amazing beaches! The beach is very long so you can take long walks. The water is very shallow off the shore so you can walk out into the ocean for quite a ways. Most resorts have kayaks, paddle boats, boats or snorkel gear you can use that is included in your stay.
