Beautiful, sandy and no vendors and drug dealers harassing you like anywhere else in a 3rd world. At least not yet. Once democracy comes....

White sand, turquoise sea, pelicans diving, amazing kite surfers to watch and seconds from the bar. Seriously, is there anything else that could be better?

Amazing beach but does have a rough feel due to all crushed shells. Not soft and sandy can hurt feet bring water shoes.

Beautiful Beach! No disappointment there! You will be harassed to buy things, stay away from Cigars on the beach.

this beach is beautiful, the sand is so white and water is so blue and clear you can only imagine. Even pictures doesn't do it justice.

Water was so much clearer and warmer than I expected for this side of the island. Sheer heaven to take a dip after laying in the hot sun.

Varadero beach is the most beautiful beach I've ever seen!!! It goes for miles & miles. Loved the white powder sand. Hard to swim in when the waves are crashing but fun to play in & cool off.
