We stopped at coral beach on our jeep safari excursion. However, it was a windy day and too rough to snorkel. We were told this happens a lot, because the coral is so close to the surface, that even the smallest winds can make it dangerous. So somewhat boring just standing there looking at a rocky beach, and not being... More

I visited coral beach as part of a jeep nature tour. There was not a beach as such as the rock/coral comes right to the shore. We were kitted out with masks, fins and lifejackets - these because we had to swim out some way I guess. The guides leading us were excellent and very patient, particularly with some people... More

Coral Beach is the most breath taking place I have snorkel. The beach itself is not much to look at, but what lays beneath the waters is amazing. If you like to snorkel, you will love this spot.

I paid 210 cuc for a jeep safari for the purpose of snorkeling and seeing saturno caves. The waves were to rough so instead I got to look at the ocean where I was not snorkeling (there were cute dogs here that looked really hungry so I would have brought treats for them if I had known). After that I... More

I loved this adventure, but take money because the all inclusive isn't available. Toilets are stinky and seatless but oh well!

Best snorkelling I have ever done. We went twice and it was wonderful. Next time in Varadero we will be doing it at least three times.
