We stayed at Kawama Resort in Varadero, about minutes away from Coral Beach. See the lifeguard named Yan at Kawama Resort and he will arrange transportation to and from coral Beach and take you to a cave for swimming. He is an AWESOME guy who will snorkel with you and keep you safe. Yan guided us safely arond and through... More

The water was rough the day we went. An the snorkeling was good, but don't go to Varadero for snorkeling, if you want to snorkel go to Cayo Largo or Cayo Coco Cuba.,

You can find some nice shells. We found some great shells. We tipped the security guard with some Advil and toothpaste and he kept bring us shells. It was quite nice.

this was not a beach at all just a sandy area with steps down into the sea where you swim for 100m then come back, although the guides were great especially with the beginners whilst snorkelling

We came here for some Scuba with Baracuda diving center. The beach where we went in was quite rocky but that's what is expected with nearby corals. The corals themselves seemed to be dying and the marine life in the area was quite scarce unfortunately, which is quite sad.

Some garbage lingering, as with all the beaches. I walked for kilometres on these beaches. Same things on all. People don't use the garbage receptacles in place. Such a shame.
