Visited here for a snorkeling excursion, and the beach did not disappoint. The water was crystal clear, and a gorgeous colour. Although much of the coral was dead, the snorkeling was still amazing. There were tons various different kinds of fish.

Stopped in as part of the jeep safari for a quick snorkel. It was great, lots of fish, little to no experience necessary. Got some outstanding underwater pictures!

Nice dive for beginners. Lots of fish. We dove with a company called Barracuda diving. They have 2 shops in Varadero but we booked them thru our all inclusive hotel.

A really nice beach with enough there to keep you interested if you're new and getting experience. There are better places in Cuba for diving but this is convenient and close to Varadero if you need a quick diving 'fix' but you can't don't want to travel far from the main area of Varadero.

Hi Guys, You can get there by taxi ( round trip from hotel is 60 peso - Saturno cave included). Be careful - water could be choppy there. Waves can get pretty big and you will need to go quite a distance avay from shore to see the best stuff. It cost 10 peso per person to get a guide... More

Really had fun snorkeling here, the waves got a little strong for my liking but it was definitely worth the swim and the view of the fish and coral. Would definitely think about doing this again!

The beach itself is perhaps not the most beautiful in the area so those who will expect something like Bounty advertising spot will be disappointed. But if you'll only immerse yourself a few meters from the shore you will see the wonderful underwater world. We dove there only with a mask and snorkel, but for over an hour.

We came here with a tour (Jeep Safari tour) and it was my first time trying scuba diving. (25 CUC per person, no certificate required) It was very tiring and my stomach kept hurting afterwards. We saw a lot of coral and big shells, not so much for the fish though. I heard from people who snorkeled that there were... More

This beach was included in the Jeep Safari tour. Beautiful tropical fish, again well supervised. Pictures available of you the fish and coral underwater, fantastic keep sake.

only got a 10-20 minutes as pouring rain and windy and I was the only one in the tour to do it so felt like I was holding them up. But still saw lots in the short time I was there
