I visited this cave as part of a larger tour. The underground cave is quite beautiful, but keep in mind it involves quit a fews steps to descend into it. Swimming is very refreshing on a hot day, as the water is very cool.

We loved it here. Travelled by taxi cheaper than an organised trip and made getting there an experience. The cave is not huge and gets busy at weekends. But it is deep at 22metres and so cool on. A hot day. I have read previous reviews commenting on the access to the water in the pool not being easy. We... More

It is a cool place to visit great and fun for swimming but make sure to change into your swimming suit at the top of the stairs as there is no private place to change once you get to the cave and you'll have to duck behind a towel for duck behind a rock to change into your altogether

We visited as part of a snorkelling tour for a short and sweet 20 minutes. The cave itself is large and beautiful, and if you have never had the chance to swim in a cave/cenote/sinkhole, I would recommend it. If you have done things like this before, like myself, you might want to save your time. Originally, we were planning... More

Not being one who enjoys subways and underground places, I was surprised how I enjoyed going down into the caves. It is a little scary but interesting. The tour guide was excellent. The entrance is a narrow slippery ladder but once you are down there, there are railings and walkways. It is very moist down there. Don't wear slippery bottomed... More

Great place, not when its full there is hardly a spot where you can put your things. The water is FREEZING COLD and you never touch the bottom.

This was the next stop after an hour's snorkelling. Initially, the cool water was a relief but, make no mistake, it is far from 'fresh'. It is far too busy and the water tasted and smelled foul with the accumulated bodily filth overlaid with the disinfectant they add to counteract it . I would normally like this kind of cave... More

It was a fun thing to see, and the water was so clear... AND COLD! :) but it was nice to cool off, when the temperature outside was around 40 celcius ! The downside was the fact that there were so many people in the water, yelling and screaming !

The cave entrance ground restaurant is very clean and helpful. The cave itself is narrow, humid and dark, no big space to stand around.
