We had a choice, long bus tour with 30 people, or a personalized, photographed, informative, fun, relaxing, comfortable and at a comparable price tour with Yosel ... which would you pick. We chose Yosel Vazquez: Photo Tours. Yosel and his driver Rolando picked us up on time (which we were able to choose the pick up and return time). I... More

About 14 years ago, I used to visit Havana quite often. I had friends living there, taking me to places outside the tourist area, inviting me to their homes. This winter, I managed to persuade my husband to take a vacation in Cuba and one of the things we did - was a bus day-trip ( 8:30 AM to about... More

The tour is on an open top double decker bus and takes about 2 hours. It starts in the square in front of the Iberostar Parque Central hotel so is easy to find. It's a really good way to get a feel for the city and is only 5cuc's per person.

We took the town, as opposed to the beach, tour from Parque Centrale. The bus was pretty old with grey plastic seats and the windscreen was badly cracked on our bus. Unlike in other cities there is no recorded commentary. Instead we got the occasional comment from the guide in fairly unintelligible English. The tour took one and three quarter... More

The red tour buses travel either west to the west side of Havana or east to the beaches well outside the city limits. It would be adviseable to have an idea where to pick up the bus (after you have hopped off for a walk-about) if you wish to do so on the return trip back to where you came... More

Habana is a museum. You dont need to take a taxi.By walk is the best way.Old habana is the best location for visiting and shopping.Generally hotel is expensive that place.I prefered to stay a casa.Vert clean and warm.

I visited Havana on a bus tour about 4 years ago and was eager to go back and show this amazing city to my daughter. This Cubatour trip is a full day trip from Varedero taking about 2 hours to make the journey to Havana, but the country side is beautiful so the time goes fast. Unfortunately we can't say... More

Tourist buses can be a great experience, If done right. Unfortunately, the Havana Bus Tour is not one of these. One gets the sense that the bus is wandering aimlessly through unidentified arterials, while occasionally connecting with hotels. The commentary goes by too quickly and I could not hear it on the top level. The tour lasts for 1 ½... More

This is a pretty smart operation. The bus goes from hotel to hotel picking up tourists for a bus tour. But in essence that is the whole tour. The only landmark is the Plaza de la Revolucion (which is definitely worth seeing by via other means). The limited commentary was inaudible so the only real purpose of the tour would... More

Did this for "something to do" on our final morning in Havana which we didn't find to be a particularly city anyway. Caught the T1 bus which took about 90 minutes- 2 hours to do a tour of dated hotels in the Havana Suburbs. Plaza de la Revolucion was interesting for ten minutes but that was the highlight. Maybe the... More
