We've enjoyed one of the incredible sunsets at Bonaire with this cruise. They charge USD 75 per person for a trip which starts at 3 PM until 7.30 PM. For this amount they serve an open bar and a very good BBQ! They took us to the "Andrea" diving spot for some snorkeling and afterwards served the BBQ. All in... More

Recently visited Bonaire and had nothing planned, as I had snorkelled much and never sailed this trip was perfect for us. Wim sailed us to an area where we were to snorkel and then we were led in the water by the lovely Ester. My wife did not wish to snorkel so stayed on the yacht so we had a... More

This was an excellent trip! 12 of us went with Wim and Esther for a 4.5 hour trip. We were received in a party bus from the cruise terminal to take us to the boat. We were a particular crowd, and had asked for certain beverages and food, and Wim ahd Esther nailed it! The sailboat is very clean, and... More

We really enjoyed both sailing and snorkeling on March 5th, 2014 during the half day on Wim's 44 footer. Twelve guests only. Light snacks with both alcohol or non drinks available. Both Wim and his first mate were helpful and good humoured. Highly recommended.

We visited Bonaire on 25th February 2014, towards the end of a two-week cruise on M/V Ventura. Many Caribbean islands are volcanic in origin, with spectacular mountains, rain forests and beaches. They also have a distinct Afro-Caribbean flavour. Bonaire is very different. It is fairly low-lying and the island's geology is mainly coral and limestone. Many residents are Dutch and... More

Great trip with Wim and his beautifull crew. Beautiful weather. Nice snorkeling at Klein Bonaire. We saw turtles swimming around and on the way back about 50 dolphins.

We were in Bonaire from the RC Legend on Feb. 7, 2014 for a short time, 7:00AM-2:00PM. I had emailed Wim and set up our excursion for our group from the ship. He was very accommodating in changing the times to work with our early arrival and departure. Wim was right outside the cruise port waiting for us. We got... More

I've been on Bonaire for several times and during these holidays I always make a trip with Compass Sailing. (I think about six times now) Wim and his crew will give you a warm welcome and the ship is never overcrowded. During my trips I think the maximum of passengers was 8. There are plenty of nice snacks and drinks... More

With just 8 passengers and sailing (not motoring), this was a fun and relaxing trip. We saw sea turtles, beautiful coral, lots of fish. We hope to sail with Wim again! All in our family of fiftysomethings and twentysomethings had a terrific time! Yummy snacks.

We sailed and snorkeled with Wim and his crew, Shelly on 16DEC13. We were met promptly at the designated location and transferred to Compass at her dock. Compass is very stable and, unlike some "sailing" shore excursions, we actually sailed (not motored) to a great snorkeling location. You can choose to be in shade or sun. Juices and yummy pastries...
