My wife and I have been on several cruises, but this was our first visit to Bonaire. As she is wont to do, she researched multiple excursions and settled on this one as the best overall value. For $50 per person, you get a three-hour excursion that includes an hour's sail to the snorkeling location, an hour in the water... More

We were on a wait list with another tour, but didn't want to arrive in Bonaire with nothing booked. So we read the reviews of Compass Sailing and decided to book with them. I'm so glad we did. We met Wim at the port and were transported to a beautiful resort where we boarded the sailboat with Wim and "Jarome"... More

I was referred to this tour from previous reviews. It couldn't have worked out better. Was a little confusing trying to find Wil when we got off the ship, he was running late, once we met him, we set off on our morning sail and snorkel. After a brief trip to the boat dock, we walked through a beautiful resort.... More

My husband and I booked this tour for our first (but it won't be our last) visit to Bonaire. He was a little skeptical since we had never booked an excursion outside of cruise line before but he was extremely impressed with Wim and "Jerome" who took very good care of us from start to finish. From fresh juice and... More

We had contacted Wil as we were making our excursion plans for the cruise we were on. He said he would meet us there n the dock when our ship came into port(which he did). When it was time, he took us to the marina where he keeps his boat. In the morning we motor sailed out to Klein Bonaire... More

Wil met us at the cruise ship pier, took us for the short drive to the marina where he keeps his boat, and took us back to the pier after our excursion. The sail was delightful, the company was delightful, the snorkeling equipment provided was high-quality, and the snacks were ample (and more than we expected!). I would join Wil... More

Just returned from a RCCL cruise that stopped in Bonaire. Wim, with Compass sailing took our group of 13 on an absolutely wonderful snorkeling trip. One of the girls has never snorkeled and she cannot swim. One of the crew was so patient with her and kind that helped relieve her panic attack. It was simply a wonderful trip and... More

Wim and the Captain did a superior job and the views and food were FANTASTIC! A sailboat like that was new to us and a little concerning since it tips in the wind, but no worries for sure. Highly recommend!

Decided on the sailing adventure instead of the excursions on the ship due to the high rankings here and the price difference to the excursions offered onboard. Wow, what a morning! After comparing notes with others that took what the ship offered and experienced sailing and snorkeling with groups of 45-50, very happy we made this choice! Met Wim at... More

We ended up spending the day with Compass after our original tour was cancelled. The day turned out to be excellent! Wim and Casper were excellent hosts! The boat only takes a maximum of 12 people so you can enjoy lots of space on deck. The snorkeling location was great, with lots of fish and turtles. Everyone enjoyed some snacks... More
