Without question, Bonaire is an absolute must dive desitination. Basically, the entire island is one big dive site; the shore diving is great, night diving (shore) is even better and any boat dive has never been a disappointment for me. Boat dives are to prime sites and mere minutes from shore. While getting there (travel) can be a challenge sometimes... More

The Sea Cowin Bonaire is a great company to snorkel with. The crew took great care to make sure everyone's equipment was correct. Even when we were in the water there were two crew members looking after all of us to make sure we were okay. I felt safe the whole time. The bad part of the trip was the... More

They are serious about preserving marine life here. We were impressed with the diversity. You really should take a night dive. We did several - one off Buddy Dive's pier was just fantastic. A Buddy Dive night boat dive was one of the most memorable dives we have ever been on - watching a moray eat fish was just fantastic.... More

I visited via a crime excursion that allowed us to snorkel from beach opposite the airport next to pier where they refuel tug boats. I was not really impressed with the fish and the reef looked like it was dead or dying. Maybe it was the wrong part to go to. Disappointed because it was a let down when compared... More

This was a little something that we added on to our trip that was just OK. I would never spend the extra money to enter the park had we not already paid via our dive permit.

We stopped in Bonaire as part of a cruse we were on. Very small but beautiful island. the water is pristine and you can see the fish swimming right off the pier as the water is so clean. You can see many different species of fish and the diving and snorkelling is outstanding. Not much to do on the island... More

Beautiful reefs, oodles of marine life, short boat rides from shore to the dive sites. Dive fee of $25 also allows entrance to Washington Slagbaai Park on the north end of the island.

So much to do at the Marine Park you should arrive early and plan to spend the day. Great photo opportunities (see giant cactus below) you drive to each easily marked spot and can get out and walk around at the ones you like. There are fantastic snorkel spots so bring your gear. Although at Wayaka II we had rainbow... More

Having been on many snorkelling trips in the Caribbean, this was one of the best. Despite a windy day on 13th January 2015 with choppy seas making anchoring difficult for the Seacow and her team, we had some excellent snorkelling guided by Henk and Gea and fish and turtles were more abundant than in other places we have been in... Lots of things to see and explore. Definitely pack a lunch with drinks to have a picnic. There are not any foods or drinks for sale within the park. I think you can get a drink and maybe a sandwich at the front gate. But nothing past the front entrance. Beautiful scenery. Diving is good, but some of the spots... More
