I always have to visit. I always do the longer route and stop to snorkel along the way. The roads may be a little rough at the end but that's part of it's attraction. The park is so natural that you can see the very diverse beauty of the environment. A natural wonder worth the trip!

You could easily do 3-4 shore dives a day and not get tired of it. It's so beautiful! The resorts are designed to make shore diving very easy. We loved the Sand Dollar resort (unit F-21) and diving with Dive Friends Bonaire. Top dive sites: 1000 Steps, Karpata, Angel City, Salt Pier, Alice in Wonderland and Bari Reef.

We did the longer route and it was well worth it. We stopped to snorkel along the way at a beautiful little beach. It was quite rough the day we were there so I'm not sure there were many divers. The road, especially towards the end, is very rough. While there aren't any spectacular areas of interest, this is still... More

Wonderful snorkeling and great diving. Best known for shore diving- easy access to the ocean and sandy bottoms with coral walls

Overall a 8.5 for diving. Great corals but variety of marine life limited. Shoring diving available but surf and slick rocks can make entry/exit less than fun.

Puffer fish, fences made of cactus, wild birds, and NO PEOPLE ANYWHERE! I felt like Robinson Crusoe when I visited this amazing sanctuary. It was hard to stop snorkling since the variety of sea life was incredible. This is a must see, but please be careful and remember that it is very remote.

We've been to the park several times, always enjoying the beautiful wave action on the rough coastline. And this year it seems like they've graded the roads for better travel. We always rent a midsized vehicle at most and had no trouble navigating the loops through the park. You do have to use common sense in terms of speed, of... More

Easy access to many dive sites. Large array of marine life. Don't leave anything of value, including a favorite hat or piece of clothing in your unlocked car. (as locals will break the windows if you lock the car) Quite annoying.

Enjoyed a wonderful snorkeling excursion on the Mushi Mushi catamaran, booked through Carnival cruise with Bonaire Destination Service. Water was so clear, clean and blue with an abundance of colorful fish in the reefs close to shore. Obviously, Bonaire has taken aggressive steps to preserve the beauty and health of the eco-system. Snorkeling was a pleasure! Water was cool, but... More
