We were in Bonaire on a cruise in early February 2015. We toured with both Woodwind(morning) and the Sea Cow (afternoon). The drift snorkel around Klein was awesome and super relaxed. We loved both tour operations but even more so we loved the fish and coral we saw while here. There were turtles and stingrays swimming by as well. If... More

...stay 2 hours or the whole day. no facilities, so bring lots of fresh water and some snacks...the snorkeling was fabulous, no-name beach was beautiful and uncrowded (except for days the cruise ships are in port)...amazing coral reef. be sure to enter where marked (coral sculptures) or you'll be banging into coral on the way out...follow the current back to... The colors are amazing, the sand super soft. It can't get better... Go for just a little bit and enjoy the true caribbean vibe. There is nothing in the island though: bring water, snacks, mask and snorkel, your tag and sun screen ;D Don't try to wander off in the island without guidance; you won't be the first one getting... Just got back from a two week Caribbean cruise, did a lot of snorkeling. My highlight was Klein Bonaire aboard the Sea Cow. Henk and Gea made this a great snorkel experience. The reefs and fish are amazing there, I also got great photos of jellyfish and sea turtles, but their snorkel advice and the care and fun they give... More

Perfect! It's just a short 10 minute water taxi (easy to find and about $20 RT) from the port area of Bonaire over to Klein Bonaire. And couldn't ask for more for your day in paradise. Nothing to do here but soak in the sun on one of the best beaches with softest and whitest sand anywhere.....and absolutely some of... More

Went to Klein on a recent cruise. I have snorkeled many places and this is an excellent place to snorkel. So many fish, coral etc. There are no facilities on Klein, but such a great way to spend the day.

Several dives were done here, as well as the main island. Better or worse? Really about the same clarity-wise, less small fish, more larger fish, including spotted eagle rays. There is a stand of staghorn coral that is spectacular somewhere near "Nearest Point". We never really encountered too many people and while a popular snorkeler spot, it never felt overcrowded.... if you are travelling to this island, you are best to take diving equipment. The seas are the clearest ever. there are trips to the beaches, On land there is a lack of interests for the non beach person.

This is not the place to go for sitting on the beach, but if you enjoy snorkeling or scuba, then this is the best! Beautiful clear and warm tropical waters, sheltered hard and soft corrals, and lots of fish, with a good chance of spotting see turtles. There are no facilities or shelter on the island, so no need to... More

Beautiful isolated Island. Regular water taxis bringing people from the mainland but it still managed to remain peaceful. Great drift snorkelling although slightly tricky maneuvering from beach to deeper water due to coral, would advise wearing reef shoes.Huge variety of fish to see though so def worth it. We saw so many sand crabs on the beach, they kept our... More
