One of my favorite beaches while cruising, with attractions for the whole family. Crystal clear water, white powdery sand, lots of space for strolling, beach volleyball or other beach activities, and not far from the capitol for shopping or sightseeing.(NOTE my last visit was in 2013, but I could not mark as far back a year in the TripAdvisor review... The offers here vary depending on whether you're a cruise visitor or resident (including staying in a hotel) in barbados. We're staying on the island so paid $40 (barbados) each which entitled us to sun loungers, umbrella, use of the facilities and the money goes behind the bar to order your food and drinks against. When you have cared what... More

A must do to while in Barbados. Beautiful beach. Great food and drinks. Entrance fee covers use of the chairs and umbrellas. The fee is also transferred into a food and drink credit. Get there EARLY and avoid the days the cruise ships come in.

This is a perfect spot if you're looking to get the most out of your time on Barbados. That is, if you're looking for a beach, bar, and good food. The other reviews are right on. The prices are fantastic for what you're given. The one thing I didn't see in some of the reviews was "happy hour". Twice during... More

Visited for the first time this year with a group of 40 people (students and adults), the group rate was 50 BDS/person and that got you 'free drinks' for 4 hours, a light but fulling lunch and use of the ocean trampline, swing rope, iceberg climb, volleyball, beach chairs and beds..Well worth thecost.

Visited from cruise. Payed $15 for 2 beds and umbrella plus taxi back to port. But what a beautiful location. Soft white sands good bar and good food. Swim with turtles from the beach and dive down to shipwreck. Definitely a good stopover when cruise ship docks in Bridgetown.

For an entry fee of $15 per person, got a sun bed and brolly, use of all the facilities and then a taxi ride back to the port. Great beach. Nice and clean. A great way to chill and relax.

This was a great fun day out for all the family. Buy a wristband which covers entry, food and drink (to a certain limit) There was entertainment for the younger members of the group with the rope swing, ocean trampoline. You could also go off and swim with turtles (haggle over the price and you'll get a deal). The food... More

Highly recommended, the food was great and the bucket of beers reasonably prices. We also really like the DJ who gave us tips about what was happening on the beach including the swimming of the race horses in the water, which was beautiful to see. We bought the day package, as we were staying on island and this gave us... More
